Very bad experience I had on Tuesday. My wife and I like to go out to eat. We are going from Inglewood, CA. On Tuesday we arrived. It was a party of 12 and it was my brother's birthday who came on vacation. We were missing cutlery, since the food had no condiments, we had to order the ketchup personally. I stopped for napkins. We wanted a refill of drinks, they never gave it to us, several of them wanted dessert, the truth is I was embarrassed why I recommended it but we definitely never returned ???? our bill was $281, the money doesn't matter, what matters is the costumer service that makes it Too bad the tip is already included. And that hurts the staff because how the service goes they are going to get their tip. They should earn it, we left a tip and the waiter said it was already included

Pretty good "impossible burger". Quick service and comfy seating.The "orange 50/50 shake" could use more orange. It tasted mainly of vanilla.The plate size could be a little bigger. Lettuce kept dropping off the sides of mine.
