My visit was yesterday @ 9pm I had a mobile order. When I got the a sign said out for 20min mind you my order was already ready beforehand. I waited the 20min. No one came to open tried calling and nothing. I couldn’t pick up my order. I tried reaching customer service they just respond thank you for sharing your experience. Wow can’t even get a refund!!!!!

Small, no restroom, and in the morning, no one in line, which is great!Real complaint is the increase of pricing. More than $50 cents and the taxes that come with it.It was my breakfast and lunch choice. Gotta start making these sandwiches at home now.

So I walk inside and tell my GF to order while I use the restroom, I ask if they have restrooms available for costumers, girl behind the desk tells me “NO, ONLY FOR CLIENTS” … so can I use it? “NO IS ONLY FOR US WORERS”Okay, so I walk away and my GF still wants to buy something so she goes back while I get a burrito next door at Del Taco, the girl (employee) sitting down just staring at her and walked out?We asked if there is anyone working that couldHelp us and the girl outside says “oh yeah there is another girl inside but she doesn’t wanna come out” … amazing service, keep it up ??

Terrible location. Couldn't order online because somehow the the turkey sandwich is unavailable so I went to the location to see if it was just a glitch and when I entered I saw a worker passing by and didn't say anything at all when he saw me. I waited and no one came out so I left. It's a Saturday and no one was inside. Nothing should be more important than your customers but I guess that's out the door now a days.

It's lunch time and they only have two people working behind the counter!!!! WTF?! Seriously, someone needs to fire the manager. You should at least have 4 team set up during rush hr.

Came here for two meatball subs. Line was long but I waited since it was the closest one to my house. The reason for the one star is simple...It would be nice to give a "courtesy announcement" if they know they are low on certain things. For example, my example lolI waited a good while for them to tell meThat they did not have enough for two foot long meatball subs, bruh! So because of this, I had to drive to Bell Gardens to get what I wanted I don't feel like my review is too harsh. It's common sense/common courtesy tho. Sheesh.Anyway, I hope whoever reads this has a good day/night. Thanks for reading

The cashier got my order wrong ask for a footlong combo he didn't ring up my order that. I feel the cashier should ask if you want a combo.
Never been there, tried to call, but "mailbox full". Allowed someone to hack my account and order from it, but has no way to contact/report or stop a thief. Pay cash at this location, they don't take customer privacy seriously.

I ordered a turkey sub for my daughter with Uber eats, and the sub had a hair in it. It was gross, I do hope that the prepares wear hair nets
