They Need to Take it Easy on the grilling I got the beef ribs & they were all black & burnt. Everything else was good maybe just add a little more chicken on the chicken bowls

Amazing customer service, I am a manager at cross Brothers just up the street from this Waba Grill. I buy lunch for my whole team every Saturday here and I am greeted by the BEST and most courteous cashier here, Mariana is outstanding goes above and beyond when making sure my order and needs are correct and offers options on the menu that are now my go to's ! My team and myself included love the food here and when I go and pick I feel very welcomed the energy she gives out is great and I definitely will continue to come in as I have for the past 3 months because of her. Thank you Mariana for making my Team working in the weekend a bit more enjoyable.

I got kicked out at 8:30 dinning in the place closed at 9:00. I wasn't inform by the person taking my order he was cool great service. Rice was under cooked. Boof

I went here on 8/17 a little before 6 PM. The food is good, only the salad was drowning in dressing; Now the service... Not great. First of all, my check says my server was Jennifer, she only called me to pick up my order; the one that took my order was a guy. All the time that he was taking my order he acted as if I was telling a joke. He had a smile like he was laughing at me. I was confused, I am bilingual so, many thoughts came to my mind, I mean, is he racist? Did he not like my accent? Did I have a fly on my nose? Unbelievable, that guy has a job because of us, customers, and he still doesn't understand that. He definitely needs more training. In the meantime, I'm not going back if he's still there. Worst customer service ever, plus, I had just bought the exact same thing earlier at another WaBa Grill, and it was $1 less. So, Rude and charged me a dollar more. Horrible experience!

Omg Iam amazed on the customer service I received from a very friendly employeee that goes by the name of Tito. He was not only friendly but very nice and attentive I place a Uber eats order and he was beyond attentive with my request and concerns thank you so much Tito you need a big bonus because am definetly going to continue to come here and Order from this store . The food was so deliciouse ! My kids love it

This place is ripping people off. They charge for basic condiments. Ask for a single sauce and they want to charge you for it. The portion of chicken is small, they cut up a piece of chicken and put it to 3 plates. This place is next to my work, it's so stingy compared to every other waba I've ever been. Put a complaint through corporate just for the owner to call and harass me about it. How about you stop ripping people off instead of call me to rationalize your greed.
Ordered a chicken bowl, instead it seamed like I got a rice bowl. Rice was way overcooked.
