When my family and I first started going to this store, we were pleased with the service and the product that we purchased however, as time elapsed the product wasn't as good as when we first started going. The last time we went, which was about two weeks ago, we ordered two double scoops in a cup and a triple scoop in a cup well The triple scoop was about the same amount as the double scoops and all of the ice cream was extremely soft and melted. I contacted the corporate office who stated that they will contact the manager at the store to remedy our problem. However, no one from the store contacted me either management doesn't value the customers in the community, they don't care about specific people. The cleanliness of the store is OK. Nothing special to talk about the employees are friendly again nothing special to talk about. I do not recommend this store unless management is changed.

4/21/2023 I was being assisted by cashier Gennifer she was patient & helpfulHowever ,when asked a question about an ice cream flavor( the freezer aren’t properly labeled)…. An employee in a blue shirt came from the back & inserted herself decided to answer very unfriendly tone like it bothered her to answer a simple question : 1 nobody was talking to her. 2 you should’ve just kept icing your lil cake and kept your mouth closed. She has 0 respect for anybody & please correct her lack of interpersonal skills. Because her loud mouth isn’t helping her.

Damn, placed a door dash order for a capuccino blast and Sunday. I got 2 freezer burned pink tubs of ice cream. Luckily I got a refund. F*** this Baskin Robbins. Go to the one in Carson instead. My tubs had ice covering the pink lol.

There is Ice cream at Food 4 less and across at RITEAID the prices at this place have gotten extremely high and the employee turnover and customer service worse . I do understand everything has increased but for a smoothie to be the price of a meal is Ridiculous and the service is horrid.

I just went there a couple days ago and had the best experience. After my long day at work i wanted to get a scoop of icecream and the service was absolutely amazing! The worker Roxanne made my whole day! She was helping me through my indecisiveness and was so sweet and patient. I could tell she was a little busy but she made sure i was satisfied. Would definitely go back for the excellent service.

If u order thru a food app they will give u enough ice cream for a 120 pound, 6 ft anorexic/bulimic model. It's 1/5th of a scoop as a scoop serving size . Otherwise, good taste.
if I could give no stars at all I would. Not only did they make the cake look wonky and weird but they also put an entirely different flavor then I had asked for. I was gonna let this mistake go and only bring it to their attention but they were beyond rude and disrespectful, went in calmly and spoke to a worker about this issue and during that moment another employee (Jessica) comes in and barging into this conversation telling me that she made that cake and that she will not be accommodating anything because she spoke to her manager and nothing will be done to her because she felt she did what was right ( mind you she was already being passive aggressive and pointing fingers at me ). She went straight to defending herself rather than giving an apology, all I wanted was an apology and a cake in the flavor I asked. This wasn’t the worst part. I called corporate and they agreed with me that this employee was out of line. A couple of moments after I received yet another call but this time from the manager, this manager (David) was even worse then the rude employee I first spoke to. From the very moment I picked up the call he began to scream at me and speak to me very ill mannerly. I was even willing to bring back the cake because it was practically intact, nobody ate it. I will never be buying from here again. They give Beyond Horrible service.That cake was for my little sisters birthday and I feel horrible because she didn’t like the flavoring at all :/ not only am I mad at them but upset over all because I feel like the cake ruined her day since she absolutely hated the flavoring.

I placed an order for an ice cream cake 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be ready by 12 noon. Got to the store to pick it up, and was told I had to wait 2 more hours because it wasn’t ready!! So unprofessional and irresponsible. Don’t recommend this place! I’d rather order an ice cream cake from Walmart for half the price! I was charged $39.99 for a large cake that is supposed to feed 10-12 people. This is what I got! A small cake that costs $21.99 that feeds 2-4 people!
