I will never go back to this place. After going to the Compton location for over 20 years, my last experience was horrible. The Manager Jenny has this location as a toxic business. She nod her staff member Elizabeth were both rude and taunting when I ordered and waited for my food. When I asked them why are they being so rude and laughing at me the Mgr replied this is the way I am. Elizabeth said what I can’t laugh. They were very unprofessional and kept escalating the situation. Never again with I nor my entire family spend one more dime at any Burger King!

This particular BK is in need of an upgrade/remodeling, only went inside because drive through line was long. Went in at the worng time, they were changing shift or 1 staff member just came in because line was backed up at the time with 1 cashier taking order. Cashier was polite tho.

Watch out this place be overcharging check your receipts before you leave the restaurant. I bought a spicy chicken sandwich medium size and they charged me 19.99

This crew was on the #1. The food was hot and fast all smiles ?after a long day grew up in BK as a kid. my mom was the manager at the #1 Burger King in Florence, SC.

In that place, even if you want to eat there, they give you a bag, you have to take out the things and put them on the table and it makes me even more unhygienic.

I placed and paid for an online breakfast order on Fri., Dec. 15, 2023. When I arrived at BK in the City of Compton on the corner of Compton Blvd and Alameda St. at 6:30 a.m., there wasn't a single employee in the restaurant! I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to receive my food. I had to eventually leave so I wouldn't be late for work without my breakfast! When I returned to the restaurant today, Sat., Dec. 16, the manager sent an employee to do the dirty work of informing me that there wasn't anything they could do because my name was no longer in the system. That I would need to request a refund through BK's app online. What happened to the customer is always right?! Why couldn't I receive my breakfast anyway for my inconvenience on the day before? Always an inssue at that BK...poor customer service.

The lady that was there today @ 12/07/23 18:14 was so rude, was calling me sir and she was speaking in Spanish to me she said wait, that is so racist why people treat like that, is a business not a public or free area. We pay not to be threaten like that.

My mom gave her order very clear and the person did not understand so I had to tell him what she did not want on her Burger so my mom got a little upset And the fries were not good not hot did not taste good On top of that the place was not clean the floors where they cook at 130 inside the dining area was filthy they had Employees in the back but the place was not clean not good We'll not be going back to this Burger King.Parking: The parking lot was very filthy right in front of the establishment Not clean at all

Today my daughter (8 years old) and O travrled to compton because i like shopping at the stores in this intersection my daughter got hungry so she asked me to buy her BK so we decided to stop in as soon as we came in we were greeted by Jesse his customer service skills were out if this world not only did he take his time to exp ppl ain the kids meal menu but he had th epatience to ask my daughter for her order and took it right like she likes it he thenn took my order. After charging me with a smile on his face he asjed my lil one if she wanted a crown unfortunately my lil one is shy and she declined. I havent been treated in this kind and profesional way in yearas. You can ginestly tell Jesse likes and enjoys his job. So if you are the owner of this BK please make sure you reward and take care of this type of employees because they are the reason why you make life long clients. I will be definetely coming back to this BK alp the way from Baldwin Hills just to enjoy this kind of atmosphere and great customer service that now in days is hard to find.
