I stopped in this morning on my way to work, and there was a gentleman in line before Me. He had a big order, no problem I could wait, but after his order was complete no one even acknowledged my presence. I stood there are 3 employees walked around ignoring me. This was my first and my last time trying Dunkin' Donuts you guys left a bad taste in my mouth and I would discourage anyone from using this location.
Dounts holes is to damn high for 5 little donuts $2.99 for five I will never spend money there again.

Bad customer service (drive thru). Kind of hostile and rude. I normally ordered frozen coffee at other Dunkins but this coffee was liquid, the taste was bad. Really disappointed!!!!! Prob the manager is not on top of these rude employees. Not coming back to this

I'm a regular customer that comes here all the time. I can say that the food and drinks are delicious, but there is one thing that I do not like about this Dunkin. The GM isn't there to guide her team. Every time I come in it is the tall nice man or the other sweet girl with the soft voice. I've only seen the GM a few times and that's when someone needs help then she runs off to the back during a rush hour. I come to do work on my laptop and I've noticed this a lot. PLEASE DO BETTER. These employees need a leader not someone giving them a hard time. A store cannot run without a leader.
