As the mother of the underage boy in the picture I am very upset of the fact that you as a grown woman chooses to blast his picture for everyone to see when it’s clear he is just doing his JOB!!I’m sure you have kids and would not be happy for someone to do this to o e of yours. You taking pictures of minors is AGAINST the law. I would appreciate you taking his picture down and taking this up with corporate office as you should have done from the beginning.

Tried to order a large smoothie. Was told I could not get it because they had a limited amount that they had to save for online ordering. I was offered a medium or to have the large put into two smalls. I was going to a nearby Target so walking around drinking out of 2 cups is not feasible not did I want a medium. Please explain why online order is more important the a customer in person? I will never come to this location again and went to another location to fill my order. I will also be forwarding this to the corporate office. I would have given this location a 0 if it was possible.

I came in Jamba for a White gummy observed the new menu for Acai Bowls and wanted the Tropical SUB? pineapples ? strawberries add peanut butter and white cream total was 15.00.hell no.. got the white gummy medium.. Esssa made my drink gave great customer service and filled me to the Rim and blessed rather throwing the rest away Thnaks brotha

This Jamba Juice has like three respectable workers. Can't order over the phone because they never pick up & they close early. Don't expect it to be open past 8:30pm

Oh nooo. I just went to order a fruit bowl and a smoothie and the only girl and guy working there started arguing, but like very bad. I felt so uncomfortable and was really uncalled for. The girl was upset because she had to wash a dish twice. I was the only customer there at the time. The girl was even looking at how uncomfortable she was making me feel but she could care less. She continued screaming. I'm a regular customer and honestly I know I'm just one person but I am never coming back here. To top it all off the bowl tasted horrible and the smoothie as well.

The young lady didn't have any help at the counter. 1 dude chopping the other 1 filling juice dispenser, nobody taking orders. A waste of time today, sorry for expecting service

I'm tired of this spot always saying "sorry, but we are out of strawberry/bannanas/ this or that" don't you guys stock up enough to sell the next day? Smh. Doesn't make sense to charge people full price when the bowls are missing fruit ALL THE TIME.

What happened to this location? Drinks aren’t blended enough and the ingredients changed. Watered down. Disgusting.

Although kids drinks are on the menu, this location will not let you order kid's drinks. No explanation, just you cannot order that size.

Feeling a little disappointed. After my morning work out I walked into my local Jumba juice to purchase a drink. When entering I noticed there was only one other customer besides myself and two workers. I thought to myself this is going to be quick. Well, I walked up to the where you place your order and stood for almost five minutes reviewing the menu while NO ONE greeted me or asked if I was ready to place my order. So I thought did they see me? I said, excuse me...NOOne turned around....I said, okay! I turned around and proceeded to walk out the door. The million dollar question that is always asked, why can't we keep the dollars in the community!? Unfortunately, until you (business owners) PROGRAM-your works that customer service is vital, people will venture elsewhere. I don't mind driving out an extra 10 miles for good customer service, and I know I'm not alone. People will always go where they feel welcome to spend their dollars. And, today, it was not Compton Jumba Juice!

Went to this location Tuesday night, it was extremely hot in there, they were playing music loudly and they didn't have the ingredients for an acai bowl. I'll be going to Carson from now on.
