1st time there. The store was clean. 3 employees. They greeted me. Wasn't sure what i wanted but decided on the 66 and 26. Waited for not even 5 mins and sandwiches were done. I thought they would ask you what you wanted on your sandwich, but nope. She told me my total and paid with tap. Left for home. Smelled really good. Took my 1st bite...um ok. Took another bite DRY. Ok let me try the other sandwhich. DRY as heck too. Was i supposed to grab packets of mayo or something?!? Omg worst sandwiches. I just wanted something different to try. Will i be back, no.

The guys making the sandwiches at store 20216 on 1795 S. Alameda were talking more than paying attention to my order I ordered 2 Philly steak. and 2 others he only heard 1 Philly then when he did the second one he wrapped them both up and DID NOT ask if I wanted anything on them. I wanted Mayo tomato and onion I really don't know if I'll go back to this location again even though it's the closest to me. Plus they said they only had rosemary and wheat I said all wheat I get home to eat and the bread was the rosemary MESSED

Placed an online order on 08/28 at 7:15pm. Received email right away letting me know the order will be ready at 7:32pm. Waited inside my car, and at 7:35pm I received a call from a female letting me know they're not able to prepare my hot sub because the grill is broken. Sounds to me like they don't want to get it dirty and clean it again for closing duties. Anyways I didn't care, but I did request a refund. The female mentioned she will refund my order right away. One day later and my order is not refunded. How frustrating to place an online order and they refuse to make your order and give you a refund.

Pretty rude associate taking the orders on 8/14/23 at 12:30pm. Normally the service is decent here but the girl with acne on her face needs to have a better attitude if she's in the service industry. Not to mention the fountain drink area is dirty and the girl working the cashier as sweet as she is I'm sure she's extremely sick.

I visit this place quite a bit. While the faces have changed, the customer service is fantastic! I've received excellent customer service from Steven, Jordan and Evan. Do yourself a solid and come here!

The tables were dirty the floor looked like it hadn't been swept. I gave 2 stars 1 for Angel & the other because I had no choice. The service was EXCELLENT! Angel has a great personality! Just please clean the lobby. I won't be returning until they clean up

Jersey Mike's is the same everywhere so they get a rating on service. The girl making my sandwich was fast accurate and friendly A+ for service.
How is that a cup holder? And of course another spot broke and i have soda all over my car

I give it 4.5 stars for the food. 2 stars for the customer service. As most reviews on here, the service was very poor. What a "great first-time" experience. When I mentioned that to the sandwich maker, it seemed like it just rolled off her shoulders. I noticed the owner's last post reply was 11/2/2020. 0_o

The food is ok. The issue I have with this place is that the employees do not acknowledge me when I come in. 100% lazy and rude girls that work there and did not take my order when I was clearly the only one in the store because they told me I wasn't standing in Line in the right place. It was less than 2 feet from where i was already waiting for my order to get taken. Never going back! I'm 2for2 bad experiences there.

First time ever to a Jersey Mike's....The young lady and staff working tonight at 6.30pm on 12/9/22 showed great customer service, they were friendly and professionalThe sub was tasty, fresh ingredients, and flavorful....nothing tasted frozen nor bland like I'm used to from the competition...I was amazed at the friendliness from the staff and the fresh tasting sub......they definitely gained a new customer out of me.
