Well I used to live in Compton CA and there was another BBQ placed there, I had been looking for a BBQ place near where I live in Bellflower and did not like any of them in my area. So I went to Compton and saw Johnson Brothers it smelled so good and there was already a line so I tried it and it was really really good, my family loved it, it's my go to BBQ place now.

Very friendly. Customer service is on point. I ordered a chicken dinner. The chicken was not cooked long enough. The meat still had visible bright red blood coming out. I ate the thigh until I saw the blood. I did not finish it. I used my fork to pull apart the meat from the leg and it was very pink. Not smoke red but pink. I threw the all the meat out. The Mac N Cheese was over seasoned & the greens was not my style. The sauce tasted like doctored bottle sauce from the grocery store. My first time eating here. It could have just been a bad day.

I like the sauces. The meat was very tough and hard. I had to wait an additional hour from opening time because they were closed. Were not answering the phone or accepting phone orders. I know the food had been used from the day before because it was very tough and hard.

So I ordered a beef brisket sandwich looked as if it was for a patient who need there food finely chopped too much salt intake. I also had ordered pork ribs which were good but the greens didn't work out they tasted gritty like earthly unwashed. The mac n cheese was salty. Overall I wouldn't waste my coins on there sides. The best part about my experience was the sauce and the crowd.

This was mine, my Godmother and good friend's first time eating from Johnson Brothers BBQ, and all three of us was very pleased with our Lunch Specials we ordered. I ordered the BBQ Ribs with Mac and Cheese and Potato Salad, that was off the chain. Customer Service was off the chain. They give you a good quality serving of food. The sauce is omg good. I recommend anyone who hasn't already tried this place to please go. We will be visiting again soon and bringing more customers with us.

The food is amazing ! There deserts are the best the cheese cake pudding omg delicious ! Worth every penny , but you will be waiting at least 45 minutes every time so it’s better to call & pay over the phone ! & they have desert's every blue moon unfortunately but overall 9/10 food always good . Just don’t come when you’re starving have a lil snack for the wait lol .

I've been here before and each time the service was great, the young lady at the counter was very nice and polite. The food was freaking delicious and had me doing my happy dance. I definitely recommend the food here!

Worse experience ever! Ordered them through DDash for them to confirm and accept my order, then it was supposedly ready. I came some ways just find out when I got there they were closed. Called over 8 times to no answer. This business move fraudulent like so tread lightly. I never received my food but they took my money. I currently can't get a refund either. I wouldn't recommend AT ALL!Update:Got a refund yesterday 01/09
