If I could give Ono Hawaiian a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. Let's start with the wait times. Rush hour is a known challenge for any restaurant, but what I experienced went beyond reasonable. As I stand there waiting for my food I was subjected to a scene that left me in disgust. A homeless man was allowed to shave his beard as customers were actively eating in which completely ruined my appetite. What was even more disturbing was the reaction, or lack thereof, from the employees. I overheard their whispers, their clear discomfort at the situation, yet they failed to take action. The fact that this man was permitted to continue his grooming routine while paying customers were actively trying to eat is beyond comprehension. Not only was this unsanitary and unappetizing, but it was also a blatant disregard for the comfort and well-being of the diners. The lack of management intervention was frankly unacceptable. I left Ono Hawaiian feeling not only disappointed but genuinely disturbed by what I had witnessed. Needless to say, I will never set foot at this particular location again. If you value your time and appetite, steer clear of this place.

I loved coming here. Food is delicious. A mixture of salty and sweet flavors. Seafood and chicken were finger licking. Rice were normal, salad too. The Mac salad was the second better thing in the dish. It's affordable and the places is full of good hearing music.

Horrible service! They never answer the phone to place an order and when they do you are on hold for over 10 mins, hang up call back and phones are busy. Go in person and the phones are not even hung up right so they don’t get calls!

Island Fire Chicken is by far my favorite. They did a great job of cooking it here not excessively sauced and not a pound of onions either, it was just right and tasted even better. The interior does look a bit old and dated especially the colors but the tables were clean and there was open seating everywhere inside.Parking: It's a shopping center parking lot so there is plenty of spaces, the closest to the food or shopping may be unavailable but there will be space for sure

I remember this place when I live in California back in 2016. I lived in San Pedro so I believe this was the closest one to me. Don't know if this is the actual one but it looks like it. My favorite dish was the tuna macaroni salad.

They play Hawaiian music!I always order #44. It's delicious with the teriyaki sauce and Katsu.?Btw they always make the order quick when it isn't too busy. And you've gotta have that large drink to go with that plate.Kid-friendliness: I often see people with their kids here.

Ordered in store and told them I wanted the katsu plate #11. Instead of giving me what I ordered they gave me the bbq chicken plate and instead of macaroni salad I got extra rice. The cabbage I got was basically the whole end of the cabbage, the piece no one eats. Only thing they got right was my spam masubi. It's also my fault for not checking the food before I left the place, but I guess I put too much trust in the workers.

Came 20 minutes before they close. The lady cleaning the dining room was literally so loud dragging and pushing chairs, kicking them and by the look in her face she is not happy working

Isela the shift manager is rude and does not assist the employees during busy hours. She called 4 people whom ordered after me then when I asked about my order to the cashier the cashier then asked her she stated waiting on something the cashier informed me and then Isela told her you tell the cook all while she stood there wiping trays! Isela you are the supervisor you tell the cook and assist your fellow employees instead of standing there! Just pure rude and laziness !
