Just ate there. As someone that has honorably served the only thing was good was the 30 minute service. They overcook the pizza ? every time. Sine y’all have cameras everywhere y’all need them at the workplace making sure employees are following sanitary and food handling policies correctly.

The worst , they never answer calls !!! I'll just stick to dominos or pizza hut. They don't care about customer service. Called to cancel and got directed to a third party number and they said they had to make sure they never answered before canceling. Terrible service.

I ordered a pizza here today for delivery. They reached out to DoorDash to deliver my order. Well DoorDash only brought part of the order and when I called them, they told me that I needed to contact DoorDash and I asked for what because I didn’t order through DoorDash. I ordered through your website. The manager then placed me on hold and hung up and now they are not answering the phone to refund the part of my order that they did not deliver to me. Very poor customer service.

I order a big order with 4 2ltrs. 1 Pepsi, 1 Mt dew, 1 crush, and one Pepsi zero. They were out but instead of calling me just thru in a diet Pepsi. And when called to complain couldn't understand person due to hearing difficulties. So my co worker taked for me and instead of replacing diet with another drink just gave discount but expires in few days. But diet is ok not great. But just don't like the driver or store didn't call to let me know poor cx service.

BUYERS BE AWARE !! I placed an order for delivery & then I get a call 1 hour later from the driver saying he’s outside, I go outside nobody is to be found! So I call them & they say that the driver is stuck & won’t be able to make it me. Worst customer service ever! Never ordering from here again. Waste of time

Terrible service by far the worst service of all the places I've ever ordered from. 1st of all they never answer the phone so I have to download the mobile app to order and the app sucks big time it never gives you a confirmation if your order went through I only live 3 min away so you would think I would get my food fast but that never happened it took them over 1 hr to deliver my food by the time I got it my food was it cold and the lady just left it at the door I have cameras so I seen her and asked why she took so long she said she had just picked up my order 2 min ago I only live 3 min away but I was watching the baseball game and had a few drinks so I don't drive when I drink I was really upset but I still tipped her $5 because she said she works for door dash and i felt bad I definitely will never recommend anyone to this place I also deleted the app

The cashier claimed he was the manager but barely knew English. A lady from the back had to come translate. By then I didn't even want them to make me a pizza anymore because I was scared of what they might do to it. Had to drive all the way to gardena

The manager just laughed at the whole situation. Manager was not professional at all. This happen 9/13/2022 at 7:30pm. Manager told driver to deliver all the orders and then he could bring my order back to the store. I was waiting there for my pizzas. I paid $56 for two pizzas. Manager needs to get fire. If the employees don't like were they work at they shouldn't be working there. I asked manager for her name she didn't want to give me her name she knew she was on the wrong. I hope corporate sees this message because that lady needs to get FIRE!!! I called the store multiple time to asked about my order they never answer.

It use to be good here but damm customer service when Down the hill. They never answer the phone to make an order i call like 10 times. Last time i got pizza was not cooked well done . What's going on . I use to like it here good pizza but the employees need supervision cause they are not doing better ingredients better pizza i can tell you that. Last time i ordered it was really disappointed it was bad for me and my family. Owner you need to really look into it.

Stop by Compton Blvd branch and order a large cheese pizza 15 minutes…I went back to pickup and they told me me your pizza is lostSo they said do you want your money backNo place again my order it took 20 minutesand to tip-off big bubble s and burn!!!
