My review is based on my recent experience and does not reflect overall customer experiences. I give a five star rating today because I noticed from all the times I've ordered in-store, Gus, an employee, is always operating at more-than-professional pace. The whole crew was working well, from the 1:30pm onward shift, but he stood out the most because he was moving exceptionally faster. I love the customer service and the way that they handle customers with patience and kindness! Yulie and the rest of the team are amazing with customers they treat us like people not a number.

I have received great service on some occasions. It depends who is working the evening/day. They always have the music so loud. It’s inconsiderate of the customers who go drink coffee and read a book. After asking for the volume to be turned there was nothing done. I usually go in for just coffee, but had some time so I wanted to relax but it was not possible.
