The food was good. We ordered the 5 taco meal and all of them were flavorful. The sauce that came on the side was delicious. The ambiance was nice and service was friendly. The price, for what you got, was on the higher side and you have to pay $5 for chips and salsa. The chairs are rock hard and it feels like your sitting on a stone, really uncomfortable.

This place is disgusting!!! Ordered a pupusa took a bite and noticed that it was still raw. Took my already bitten pupusa back to let them know it was still raw. They took it and placed it right back on the grille! That is so disgusting!! I wonder how many person half eat food they place right back on the grille. They declined to give me a refund or even a refill on my beverage. Disgusting place and horrible customer service.

I ordered tacos al pastor, and they were delicious, very friendly and fast service, I definitely recommend. Although the cheese on the quesabirrias is not my favorite one due to a very strong milk flavor maybe the cheese needs to be melted more but still good enough, the meat has a very good flavor and it comes with hand made tortillas that make it special, the tacos al pastor is my go to.

Ive gotten the big handmade taco a couple times and loved it each time. Their pastor is flavorful and greasy. Just perfect.
Stopped by for a bite to eat at the mall and decided to try out Artesanal Grill. The tacos where delicious and the staff was super friendly. A nice gentleman by the name of Felix took my order and a very friendly lady by the name of Anny started my food. I ordered regular tacos and also tried their super taco, which is a handmade tortilla taco. All items looked fresh and made in front of me. Great experience for a 1st timer. Will eat here again. If you're at the mall, try them out. You won't regret it.

This place is a joke. The food is ok. But the owner is so stingy. I asked for and paid $1.50 for extra cheese on my super burrito. I also left a 20% tip on my order which was almost an extra $4. And she barely put any cheese on it. I asked her if I could have some more cheese. And she said that was extra cheese and closed the burrito while giving me attitude about it. I was watching her make orders and the person before me got the same burrito, but without extra cheese. And it was the same amount of cheese. So clearly it was not extra. When she closed it. She just walked away and had her employee give me the food. I will never be eating at this place again. The owner disgraces the business. I wish I went somewhere else. Waste of $22 for a burrito with extra cheese and a tip. Never again.

The Super Burrito was tasty but was only about the size of a regular burrito by other restaurants' standards. Additionally, the cashier, had a bothered attitude when she took my order. When finished, she rudely pointed to the printer for me to get my receipt. On top of that, when my order was ready, she handed me my food while looking away with an annoyed look in her eyes and without saying a word. There was no standard send off such as "thank you" or "have a nice day," whatsoever. Again, she couldn't be bothered. Alondra R. needs to learn some courtesy.

One of the few food court choices you have here at Sun Valley. You have pizza, Korean hot dogs, Korean food, burgers, Philly cheesesteaks and this location. I just ordered the steak burrito and it was pretty good. There was plentiful for me to get two servings out of eat. Though a bit on the dry side, I just added some taco sauce I had at home and that made it taste better for me. Overall, for mall food, it's not too bad
