Worst customer service of all time. Ordered a milk shake for TEN DOLLARS and it didn't even fill the cup. I asked about it and the MANAGER, instead of adding some ice cream and making it right, the manager offered to add milk "so the cup would look full." Those were her words. What a rip off. Zero integrity. And honestly, what's it to her to just do the right thing? Not to mention I also got a hand packed quart of ice cream of a limited edition flavor and there was a giant air pocket in the bottom so I got ripped off twice. Guess this is how they make extra money, by stealing by omission.

I only come here to pick up ice cream cakes that I've ordered online. They're always ready when they say they'll be and staff is nice and efficient. I've loved every ice cream cake I've gotten - the designs are always so cool! From the mother's day pancake one, grill master fathers day, valentines unicorn cake... you seriously can't go wrong!

Came on NYE, sign on door says they close at 8:30 for NYE hours. Employees locked the door by 8pm and when I knocked they said they decided to close at 8pm. REALKY?? Unbelievable.

Staff is always friendly! The location is great and parking is super easy! My favorite flavor is Jamoca Almond Fudge! I have purchased several icecream cakes here and they are delicious! The shakes are great and filling! There is lots if seating indoors aswell as outdoors! The place can get a little messy during after school hours as its close to a few High Schools.

I made an effort to visit Baskin Robbins after learning that they came up with a brand new flavor which was Ube Coconut Swirl. This was advertised as "Ube & Coconut flavored Ice Creams with an Ube flavored Swirl". When I was at the ice cream shop, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were other new exciting flavors that I was not aware they offered, such as Matcha Latte, Secret Admirer, and many more. It was so hard to just pick one. However, fortunately the staff at the store were so friendly and allowed me to taste test a couple of flavors, which helped me really decide what I really wanted. The Matcha Latte was pretty good, although I prefer the Matcha flavor to be more prominent and bolder. Well anyway, at the end I decided to go with double scoops of the Ube Coconut Swirl. The Ube Coconut Swirl for sure had very nice inviting colors, and I could see the Ube jam/swirl that they put in the ice cream. However, flavor-wise I did not really get Ube though. Instead, the coconut flavor was overtaking the entire ice cream, and the Ube flavor was overshadowed almost completely. If I closed my eyes, I would've guessed the flavor was just coconut. But I thought the ice cream was still really good. I thought it was very creamy, not overly sweetened, and I actually really liked the coconut flavor. I really think that they got the flavor right. And I'm not a big fan of coconut shreds, and there were some coconut shreds in that ice cream.... But strangely, I did not mind them, because the amount of the coconut shreds they put in there was just right. So, overall, I really really liked this ice cream. And let me just say that the staff at this Baskin Robbins location were super professional, friendly and nice. I had a super pleasant experience here yesterday. So yeah, I will go back to try their other flavors.
This place is losing a lot of business and money over something pretty trivial at this point. I guess that's a hill they're willing to die on, so be it and go to the Baskins in Todos Santos.

This place would not serve my family of 4 because we wouldn't wear a mask, and the mandate is over. The girl behind the counter informed us that they are still requiring masks. I understand personal preference, but they shouldn't be forcing face coverings when we are all moving forward and away from that. Trust me when I say my family eats a lot of ice cream, and they lost some good money tonight and also for the foreseeable future. Visit CREAM in concord if you want your personal freedoms restored. They do not require a mask. As for tonight, we walked next door to Trader Joe's and spent 60$ on ice cream and desert. Where nobody harassed us about wearing a mask unless we wanted to.

Never will go here again. Tried to get ice ream for my kids tonight and the girl with the pink hair informed me that even though mask mandates are over that we all needed masks. She said "were still doing it here". I said Ill spend my money somewhere else that is lined up with rhe current recommendations...of no mask. This BR is too woke for me.

Review is just for their ice cream cakes - Simple to order and customize online and simple pick up as well. I've ordered cakes for various birthdays here several times, and they've always turned out great. We tried the simple rectangular ones with balloon decorations to two tiered unicorn cakes, and even a zombie unicorn cake. The cake portion (either white or chocolate) were dense and went well with the ice cream. The fam loves how easily these cakes are customizable from the type of cake, the ice cream flavor, and the overall design. My kids love cookies n cream so we've gotten that flavor countless times. We've also tried jamoca, and that one was great too - light in the coffee flavor, creamy, etc. Chocolate chip was OK, and chocolate or vanilla are always good options if you're into that.
