High school aged kids need to work on their manners. Miserable faces, didn’t greet us, waited a few minutes before being addressed with attitude. They didn’t want to take any ice cream request/ order.Families go get ice cream to have a good time. Not to deal with your attitudes. Customers SECURE your checks, don’t forget your manners kids. Not going back.

Went in Saturday night after dinner for a resplendent scoop. The same gal that made my order rang it up. I put it on my card and asked for a receipt. When I went home and looked at it there was another charge on there of an oreo stuff cone. I gave them a tip that was obviously on the higher price. She STOLE from me. When I called the store to tell them the gal who answered to my name and phone number said I could go in today and she would let the person there today know. I went in they can't do refunds without their manager I was told. She refused to give me the managers number and when she tried to call the manager it was interesting she never bothered to leave a message and just said she wasn't answering. After reading all the bad reviews I am appalled the manager Dawn Martin doesn't do anything.

Incredibly rude staff both in-person or on the phone. They always act like they can’t hear you on the phone. Also called at 9pm on a Sunday and they said they close at 9:14?! When the official website says they close at 10pm….

Be careful. This store will automatically add a 20% tip without informing you and not provide you a receipt if you don't ask. Very deceitful practice. One scoop in a sugar cone cost me $5.73$. Talk about a RIP-OFF.-

Yup, if you're at Todos Santos doing something whether it's eating dinner or having a beer, you're going to end up here. Standard Baskins with the usual flavors, this is a perfect spot. I personally love Baskins and love the super chocolatey ice-creams. Stop by here all the time when we're in the area.Some places come and go but this place will be here forever, lol.

Lots of options for icecream Used to be cheaper but still not bad. When hot weekends, it gets pretty busy so there is always a waiting line. Lots of parking.

Went in with my family orders a 2 scoop Sunday. The girl grabs a small bowl and puts in a 1/2 of kid scoop. After questioning the scoop she said this is how you make it. I declined the Sunday. The young girl was rude and had a lot of attitude. Horrible service!!! I will never go back to this location again

My favorite ice cream shop. Baskin robbins has been my go to place for ice cream for quite a long time. Of all the locations I've been to, the concord location is my favorite. Always have good service and no issues on my end. Though the spacing is a bit narrow to walk in, I still enjoy coming here.Wild n reckless is my favorite flavor for rainbow sherbert. Very tart and sweet, and always hit the right spots for me. Overall, can't say much more else then looking forward to coming back here again.

Placed a birthday cake order here and it turned out perfect! They offered a wide variety of options and the staff was accommodating to my needs. They offered suggestions and were very patient. I would definitely order another cake from them!

Never getting Ice cream Sundaes here. Their portions are really bad, and forget about the toppings, they are very cheap. Sundaes are supposed to be loaded... theirs are never on-par per Baskin and Robbins standards! WE NEED another BASKIN ROBBINS !!!
