Best burger used to be owned by a Korean family, it's not the same anymore. The food doesn't taste as good as it used to. It's the worst burger now.

2 stars for excellent service from what appears to be new management. But the food has suffered as a result of the change. The burger was under seasoned and undercooked. Asked for crispy bacon...no crisp at all. The bun was flimsy and fell apart. Fries and onion rings were greasy and tasteless. Not worth the money, time or effort. Won't be back. Have been going for years....was a go to that didn't disappoint. I'm disappointed

This little joint, honestly reminds me of SoCal in the summer just wanting a charbroil burger. If you constantly go down to Anaheim or Santa Ana area, you know what I mean when I say this. There's not that many places like this in Northern California because everyone's at the main burger corporation spots. The service here was spot on and they were super patient with us on what we wanted, only because it was our first time there. I got the mushroom burger with all the basic toppings on it and I will say, that they cooked this burger exactly how I would eat it, if I were to make it at home. You do have to order the fries and onion rings on the side, but they do offer specials that come with fries or onion rings, but I wanted to actually try one of the burgers on the menu and it did not disappoint at all. I honestly murdered my burger within seconds once I took a bite - LOL. Yes call me hungry! Fries were cooked perfectly and the onion rings come with ranch. No need to ask, because they already have it with it - LOL. Those that love eating ranch with everything knows what I mean. Service is a 10, food is a 10 and the vibe is a 10! Will be making another round here no doubt.

The famous best burger has the best of both worlds, burger with Swiss cheese with pastrami on top or get the double best burger if you can handle it. I love that they can lettuce wrap any of the burgers, chicken sandwich and New York steak They always have daily specials and crazy massive grill hotdog top with everything. My first time comes here after it was recommended. Wow!!! They really are the best! Friendly staff in a clean shop. Nice streamlined menu. I ordered the Bacon cheeseburger and my boyfriend ordered the double, we split an order of fries with a side of ranch and we got 2 large Pepsi's. Awesome to see that they slice their ingredients there on site. I loved the toasted sesame seen bun, the char on the burger was delicious and seasoned perfectly. A nice hefty burger for the price. Nice crispy fries and the ranch was great. They give you mustard and ketchup bottles with your order which is nice and less wasteful than cups and packets. Loved our food and will definitely recommend and be back again and again!!
I don't know what happened to this place, but I'm glad it did. I think Best Burgers was bought out, thank God. The original owners weren't that good of managers. I ordered a Swiss burger with avocado. And, it was huge for a great price. The only way it could have been better is if it was "smashed" (hint, hint). Don't hesitate to try this place

Amazing hamburgers and even better service!! I recommend getting two patties as one can be a little thin. My only recommendation to the restaurant would be to toast their buns a little and serve them nice hot! Otherwise good!

One of the best places to get a hamburger in concord! Food is awesome! Service is pretty fast. You go up to the counter and they take your order. The ambiance is a little retro but it works. There's a heavy food smell in the air so be prepared to smells of cooked meat or French fry's/onions rings when you walk in!

Love the food here! Best assorted burgers in town. Might I suggest their Bacon Cheese Burger with Avocado and Mushrooms with Swiss Cheese! Yummmm! Great service, lots of parking and fast if you're looking for a quick bite to eat!
