Came here wanted to order food. They would even acknowledge me at the counter while it took two of them to make one order. Then I tried to ask was that a hot dog that they just made and no one could answer the question back to men in English they just kept saying combo or no combo. They need to hire people who can speak English properly

The cheeseburger with fries combo was immaculately made well and the burger tasted great the fries soft and crispy. The service was a 10/10 the cashier was a good person and asked politely what I wanted to order. The place is very nice since it's located in a mall overall the experience was an 10/10 in my opinion.

The worker did not change the gloves and he washes them, and this is a mistake. They are not changed between one order and the next. The order is taken by hand and the fries were served cold. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will say this to all my friends.

Haven't had a hot dog in a long time. Was at Sun Valley Mall with my daughter and a friend. Decided to try a hot dog at Burger Joint and you know what? It was really good.The folks working the counter and cooking are very nice. I watched for quite a while before ordering and noticed how careful the staff was cooking as well as being clean. The hot dog itself was served on a toasted. I'm and was just really dog gone good!!

Wow. Who would have guessed. Excellent pizza at Red Robin! I ordered the large pizza with just cheese and green olives. It was thin, reasonably crispy, and tasted amazing. I sat in the bar area. My service was ultrafast and the server was very friendly. I ate a bit early, 4:45 on a Sunday, so there weren't many people in the restaurant. The dining room was clean and bright and spacious. The men's room was clean and had plenty of paper towels.

My husband and I ate at the burger joint. The food was delicious and service friendly, and the seating was comfortable, but the area was busy since it was at Sunvalley mall. Overall, I still have to give the Burger Joint five stars.

Showed up as they opened, they open exactly at 11! No sooner. The restaurant was clean and would have thought it would be quick as no one was before me. Amazingly the burger came cold, how? Fries were hot. After all the attention by the staff the burger was cold. I assume they were waiting on fries, poor timing. I do not suggest opening the restaurant,

Found this place because it was rated 5 stars, I didn't expect it to be in a mall. Hot dog was good, It was better than I would have expected for food at the mall.The self-service touch menu is a little confusing, some parts of the menu charge you for extra toppings while others don't.Good for if you are already at the mall.

Service was unethical, I was told I couldn’t be seated around 9:10 Pm my order would need to be taken to go, my daughter agreed she ordered a burger, fries and a root beer. As I’m waiting for the food another customer walks up about 10 minutes after requesting to be seated with a younger child, the cashier excuse was she’s pressuring me to seat her and she did how nice while I was told no. She simply orders 2 simple items as well chicken strips and fries.. I’ll never ever patronize this place that was out of line on all accounts. I cancelled my order and was refunded and that’s how that went.. To pick and choose and your excuse is she pressured me is no excuse in my view as another customer whom was there first. SMH

I ordered the cheeseburger and it's delicious, the beef patty was perfectly cooked not overly seasoned. Has the right amount of sauce and compliments everything, in a yummy buttered bun Fries is also good. The lovely girls who were working were pleasant, and very neat. I will try the chicken burger next time

Just returned from Red Robin for a late lunch. Our server, Monique, was excellent in transcribing our order quickly and accurately. The fries arrived hot and crispy! We didn't realize that there is a choice of dipping sauces, also-but we love ketchup still as our #1 choice! I love the Sautéed 'Schroom burger, which is my favorite selection, with Bleu Cheese. I was advised, years ago, that I can request lettuce and tomato on this burger, which makes it perfect. The side salad with the bleu cheese salad dressing is a great option, also. Today, the electronic table kiosks worked perfectly for completing our transaction. The host and hostess, out front, waved a friendly farewell. Overall, delicious food and superb service at the Red Robin located in Sun Valley Mall today! Kudos to all the employees at this location:)
