The place is understaffed and the wait times are long. But the food is always hot.
All the food was cold and unappetizing even though we were eating in the "restaurant". We were in a hurry; otherwise I would have taken it back and complained. We tossed about half of the order. I wouldn't feed this to my dog.

Not like me to write a review for fast food but the service today was stellar. I thought I was at Starbucks for a moment. The young-ish male employee, I think his name was Vadim, was articulate, patient, and friendly, and not in an over enthusiastic annoying way but in a way that showed he took pride in his job. Many successful people have started in fast food and it was really unexpected and nice to see someone take a rather mundane but probably stressful job and turn it into a great experience.
I've been a Burger King customer for decades. I don't eat fast food from large corporations very often, but sometimes I just need a double Whopper with cheese.

I’ve had a good experience the last 2 times I’ve came here. Especially the young man last night at the drive thru. He had a great attitude and kept a smile which was nice to see. I appreciate the good attitude compared to the other Burger King on Port Chicago. Thanks BK <3

Worst place. I ordered a family meal and one of the whoppers had a long black hair in it. I will never go there again. There are hardly any people visiting this establishment and the kitchen doesn't even look well kept. I think the department of health and perhaps the department of sanitation or both should look into this place. Yuck!
