Most juiciest burgers i've had and don't get me wrong the chicken sandwich's here are also really good, but they could step there game up a bit. On salvio street they have the best f*cking food and the most business, This place was not what it was 6 months ago. They have new management and a whole new crew to create a burger of perfection. If you like food, come give this place a bite. If you came here 6 months ago like me, come give it a try again because I came here this morning and oh my world ! There perfect just perfect. Trust me like i'm ur brother, all the food critics that know real food come give this place a try!. If you think In N Out is good then come here and if i'm lying to you, you deserve to punch me. I need to start off I do not know the purveyor or staff of this restaurant. I was not asked to write this review. I have not asked anything of the purveyor or staff nor have they promised me anything. This is a review based on multiple meals. Wow oh wow oh wow oh wow!!!! If you enjoy hamburgers you MUST visit this hamburger joint!!! So far I have had the lamb burger, angus beef and crispy chicken breast with fries. What was served to me was unconditionally FRESH - keyword is FRESH. And the bun...the bun was sssoooooo tasty. The vegetables were absolutely fresh, fresh, fresh, fresh, fresh...oh my God everything about my meals were PERFECT!!! The Lamb burger is KING!!!!! Hands down!!! The staff were amazing and helpful and quickly provided additional sauces immediately upon request. Permit me to reiterate - IMMEDIATELY upon request. Meaning, we didn't have to wait - as soon as we asked additional sauces were served. The restaurant was clean - the bathrooms are CLEAN. The restaurant was/is CLEAN and under constant cleaning by the staff. Everything in the restaurant was constantly being cleaned - I was exceptionally surprised and extremely happy that the care the staff exhibited to clean EVERYTHING!! The A/C was set to a little cold on the day of my last visit, but I get it - they were trying to calibrate the kitchen to the dining area. Yeah, that will never happen based on my experience on working in U.S. Navy ship galleys. It's 2 totally different environments. Obtaining a balance or a happy medium will never happen. I believe on my last visit the owner's child was not in or spent the day out of school for whatever reason - pandemic being as it may - but she was an asset to the restaurant and she worked as a mediator between the sitting area and the cooking staff. I loved it!!! Totally cool to me - a parent who actively engages their offspring. Yeah - NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT WHAT SO EVER!! Who would ever condemn developing a good work ethic - oh wait we are in an era where we celebrate less anything expectations is okay. Yeah, good luck with that. Glad I am in my 50's. I digress, the food I consumed was absolutely AMAZING!!! From bite one to my last bite I can't wait to return to this restaurant!!!! I can't wait to have more lamb burgers!!! I can't wait to have more Crispy Chicken Breast. I can't wait to have more of their "fries"!! The Angus beef was good but could not hold a candle to the lamb burger. I can't wait to be around the amazing staff at this restaurant. My meals were AMAZING and I want MORE!!! The fries - I have never had fries like what was served to me. Delicious. Delicious. Delicious!!! Numm. More!!! I want MORE!!! You have my taste buds!!!! You don't like their fries then it will be easy to conclude you never had fresh-made food when you were a child. The only thing that fell short was the milkshake. The image on the screen in-store proved to be more than what was served. I was served a strawberry F'real shake. Nothing wrong with F'real - but I can get the same thing at a local gas station for $3 vs. $4 at this restaurant. Is whip cream really worth $1???. A F'real shake is not what I was expecting based on the photos at the restaurant on the screen. Again, my milkshake was my ONLY letdown. The food - everything about the food was 100% yummy!!!! The staff were ALL OVER IT!!!! The staff from taking my order to cooking to service was AWESOME!!!! Oh, and my visits were during the busiest times of the day - go figure. All-in-all I LOVE this restaurant and I can wait to visit this place over and over and over and over again. Did I make that clear enough - I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK A LOT!!!. Chain restaurant or not I want to go to THIS particular restaurant. After all it's not the name that makes good food - it's the STAFF!!! Food was great, staff was friendly. Was on a drive from the peninsula stopped for a quick meal. Was happy that this BurgerIM was on the upper end my experiences with this franchise. When in Concord I will definitely return.
The new management is the worst ever we tried to calling and the service was so bad the woman was so rude on the phone and when they got there the order was completely wrong.

Do NOT buy chicken wings here at all cost. They increased the price by 100%. 12 piece chicken wing is $12.99 at any other BurgerIM but it is $23 here. I couldn't believe it. The taste was terrible as well. No longer getting my chicken wings from here.

All of our food was burned. The "crispy" chicken sandwich had soggy chicken. I've been to other Burgerims and they've always been amazing. Not sure what's wrong with this location.

Horrible horrible service. Would seriously never go back firstly, I am lactose intolerant and when I noticed cheese on my burgers I drove back and please asked for a new burger and explained why the lady in the front argued with me instantly and said I can purchase a new burger ... she said all the burgers on the menu come with cheese and if you looked on the menu you would see the menu does not specify anything about cheese on the burger we told them it was our first time ever eating there. And she expected me know that all the burgers come a specific way. She began to make me feel d*** I couldn't believe she was actually serious. My wife threw out the salad after just looking at it about 3 inches from the bottom was covered in liquid from all the veggies in the salad so the chicken in salad was pretty drenched in tomato water I don't know about you but any salad I've ever ordered (with tomatoes) never looked like this before. The salad was so wet it looked like a it was dressed when I didn't even put the dressing on yet. 0 stars Ps if your brave enough to go I suggest you get some salt for the French fries bec they don't salt them. Utterly terrible burger. I don't understand why people open a burger joint and product food this sub par. Meat was gristly, bland , and cooked about 2 minutes past well done. One extra star for an ok chicken sandwich. Go to in-and-out over this.
