It deserves 0 stars I decided to try it and I walked it and it was 40 minutes to closed and the guy behind the counter said pick up or order. I looked around and All the chairs were up on the tables i ordered a roast beef sandwich on sourdough he replied no sourdough saying it rude to me so then I asked what all comes with it and once again he said being rude again what do you want ingredients list and I said like mayo and mustard and once again he said being rude, of course it does I said you are as rude j*** and walked out. I'll will never step foot in the so called deli again.

As a former east coaster it was nice to stumble on Capriottis in the Bay area. I got a classic Italian as good as I remember it.

Decent sandwich shop. I tried the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, it was mushy by the time I picked up and eaten at home. Bread was bland and overall packaging could have been better.

- Got medium cheese steak sandwich $12.00- Very little meat for the size of sandwich.- Meat didn't have much flavor.- Because of light amount of meat and it not having a lot of flavor, the sandwich tasted like American cheese, with a hint of meat flavor.- Added marinara which was not on sandwich.

I went to this sandwich shop on 8/26/21 for the first time and found the experience to be fantastic. They have lots of items to choose from including vegetrian combos, subs, sandwiches, salads, and five specials. My selection was the veggie turkey combination which was excellent- flavorful, large enough for two, a total delight. The shop has inside and outside seating and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Also, right across the sreet is Todos Santos Plaza. THIS PlACE IS TO GOOD TO MISS!!

So we discovered this yummy sandwich shop in Henderson, NV and we were elated to find out there is one in Concord, CA - close to home. However, our excitement was curtailed when we tried the Concord shop. Opposed to the Nevada shops, the sandwiches here are dry and just not as tasty. My experience today is what prompted this review. I ordered 3 chicken cheesesteaks, with EXTRA mayo to go (to help with the dryness). When the server handed the sandwiches to me, she unformed me, she FORGOT to put mayo on the sandwiches but, she put a container of mayo in the bag! Seriously? The right thing to do would have been to go ahead and make the sandwiches as they were requested...especially after she saw the look of disappointment on my face. But alas, she gave me the bag and said... sorry. Yep, me too. :-(

I ordered a Bobbie and asked for extra stuffing and cranberry. What did I get? A sandwich with hardly any stuffing (dressing) and less than a tablespoon of cranberry. I first was introduced to the Bobbie visiting Wilmington, Delaware where this sandwich shop started. The Bobbie I got from the Concord, Ca store was terrible and there is no comparison. I don't know who manages or owns this store, but the person should be ashamed of what your workers are serving.

Never eaten at crapriotti's before. Visited the restaurant around 2pm on a Sunday... First impression...the place was a mess. Tables and floors had food and trash all over. The staff was slow to respond to our presence. The fountain drink machine wasn't working. It took approximately 20+mins to get two half sandwiches. Prices are too expensive for what you get. WARNING! While waiting for our sandwiches(20 mins plus) we noticed staff wearing the same rubber gloves going from making food, to touching the register, going in the back, walking around the dining room. Not once did we see one worker change their gloves or wash their hands. We almost canceled our order once we witnessed all these health violations but that's when our order finally came up. My wife took a couple of bites and threw the sandwich out worried about getting sick. My sandwich looked like it had been slapped together and was nothing special. I spent about $20 for two half sandwiches and two Pepsi bottles. ?? Not sure why this place is still in business. Whoever owns this place needs to be slapped with a health code violation. Lastly, the staff was playing loud hip hop music with a ton swearing in it. Definitely not a good place to bring your kids. Never stepping foot in crapriotti's again.

ATTN MGMT: Incompetent people working at the Mount Diablo St branch in Concord on Saturday Aug 7, 2021 around 11:30am. Received a GrubHub confirmation that the customer's order was received. Got there about 13 minutes later and the order wasn't even started. Stood by the grill for several minutes with no acknowledgement. Finally asked the girl if she's working on Brian's order. She said it would be about 10 minutes. Saw two orders frying on the grill. Thought okay those are mine. Told her I know the order was confirmed 13 minutes ago so why weren't they even started? She said "oh I didn't even know you were here," like that matters. Then it turns out the two orders on the grill weren't mine. And I then see another one on the grill by itself. But that was for another person waiting, too. Very pissed at this point, I said why can't you put multiple orders on the grill at once? The girl said "because it gets a little stressful." WTF?! The place is virtually empty, no line or anything. The two other guys there weren't doing anything. One was doing some s*** on a clipboard. Basically took a half an hour to get my order and leave, screwing me out of time and money as a GrubHub driver. I am a very, very patient person, and nice to everyone, but everytime I accept a pick up here there is a problem and it takes forever. Just thought you guys should know.

Horrible cheesesteak! meat was so dry and flavorless. Cheese wasn't even melted. Roll it was on wasn't even warm. This place has zero passion for creating good tasting food. Typical uninteresting expensive chain food. I actually threw the sandwich away after two bites.

Really great sandwiches at this place, I strongly recommend the Italian sausage with marina sauce on the side.

I used to go to the Santa Clara location, which ranged from excellent to bad... it was terribly inconsistent. I finally decided to give the location in Concord a try since I moved closer to that location, and was deeply disappointed. Service was nonexistent. And they close at 3pm? And parking is a pain? And outside tables are dirty? I am never going back to this franchise, no matter which location it is.
