Unfortunately, I didn't have a good time.Food was very bad ordered fajitas and came very burned. People close to our table complaining about the desert (cake old and very dry). Try to order a beer and were out of my first pick, than my second choice was out too so I gave up.

Great happy hour delas the food was AMAZING but our server by the bar got every part of our order wrong?she was polite but like girl seriously they brought us a totally wrong order and also boneless instead of bone in and the part of our order that seemed correct was incorrect because they got our two sides wrong ? And it was not busy she had one other table

I was on the way to chili's and I thought I'd call my order in on the way.. I was on call for 20mins and drove from clayton which was about 15 to 20mins away. their Togo section had like 5 females there when I entered and no one wanted to pick up my call... I asked to speak to the manager (Mckenzie) and she apologized to me because the guy who was in charge to pick up the phone in the Togo area was in the restroom... im like for 15 to 20mins?? (In my own head) She asked how she can help me and I was like I want to place an order and she tells me the kitchens closed.. coming from a manager I feel is pretty unprofessional knowing her team ignored my calls and her togo guy was in the bathroom the whole time.. she should've been able to help knowing I was calling for the last 15 to 20mins to place an order anyways.. anyway complete waste of gas my gas and time.. on top of it all the whole team was very uncaring and didn't seem to want to help.. all of this happend at least 30mins before they wanted to close n all I wanted to order was a couple of appetizers..

Renea was our waitress. I probably spelt her name wrong. She was very friendly and helpful with my whole family. I hadn't been to chillis for a couple years. The food is still just as delicious as I remember. The queso dip is amazing. Our favorite.Thanks for a great visit!
The service was terrible long waits to get anything and the food was cold when we got it not just that it seemed like the food had no seasoning and everyone was rude no greetings or anything when I got there we didn’t even eat the food we got small bites and waited around 15-20 minutes just to pay for food that wasent great so unfortunate since I was really looking forward to it

The service was amazing. Our waitress Rocked it! The food took a long time. Chips were on the edge of stale. The lettuce in my salad had several rotten slimmy pieces in it. It was lacking some ingredients that were supposed to be on the salad. The restaurant and bathroom was clean. The parking area had tons of parking. The manager was walking around checking on everything. Tons of t.v.s throughout the restaurant.Parking: Tons
The restaurant and bar were full this Friday night. The bartender seemed to be running solo. The wait staff were very busy. The food was okay. Some of the chips still had oil from the fryer thick enough to make them soggy.
Been to many chills this was the worst food, granted it was around 9pm on a Wed but when I asked for corn tortillas got flour asked again got flour again oh well. If you don't want to fix a dinner then have only sides & starters after 8

Severely understaffed. Tables that remained full of plates and dirty dishes, food, mess, etc. all around us.Upon arrival, the hostess almost seem to discourage us from even being there, let us know that the weary was going to be one to two hours, even though there were plenty of empty tables. We pointed that out, and she informed us that there were only two servers.We decided to stay, because she told us, she would squeeze the five of us at a four person table .The service was pretty terrible, lots of forgotten items, etc. but I don’t blame the waiter, I think he was just overwhelmed .The food was… meh. Cold chicken strips that were chewy, so I’m thinking probably the staff shortage extended into the kitchen as well.The bar area seemed pretty fun- lots of happy people, and what appeared to be very attentive bartender, I was sorry, I didn’t sit there instead!

Food disappointing. Fajitas. Beef appeared to be from frozen peices. Chicken looked like processed. Not grilled. Shrimp had strange transparent look. Burger , well nothing special there. Some shredded lettuce. Half only had cheese.
