I am big fan of Chipotle and trust me! When I am saying that I have been in different branches in bay area and this is my first time here in this Chipotle branch and I say this was the freshest chipotle burrito I have ever had! And the meat was tasty and the mild sauce was so fresh that I could taste the cilantro inside my food ( I have never tasted that before! In other chipotle’s). And for some reason, my burrito was so colorful! Because of fresh and colorful ingredients that they used!The place is big enough for families and kids, they have giant wall sculpture that reminds me of Mayan culture. Lighting is great and it is in the middle of shopping area, especially Trader Joe’s!The staff were friendly and overall I felt so good about this place.

Very bad experience every time I stop by this location!The manager , she was handling orders very fast with no care whatsoever ! Food was all over the floor . I don’t understand why she was doing everything in rush and the line was empty !!! Crazy to think about it !!!

I ordered a burrito bowl through one of those delivery apps. I was looking forward to having some good food. The burrito bowl was such a huge disappointment. The food was cold and mushy. The meat tasted weird. I couldn't finish eating the food because it tasted so bad. Will never order from this place again.

Look out for small bugs in food. We've been ordering from this location for several years and I've recently been finding bugs in the food. The bugs are small enough that they can be missed pretty easily, but when you pull them out and look closely you'll notice the legs. I had a small spider crawling through a burrito bowl a few months back. I tried to dig it out but it got lost at the bottom of the bowl. Hope the location does something about it because we've always enjoyed the food (minus the bugs).

My wife's quesadilla was greasy. The chicken was so burnt as to be unidentifiable. My bowl was so so, lettuce limp, plant-based meat hard to identify. Promised introductory free guac not in the bag. Sum total a near disaster. My wife tossed the quesadilla. Definitely will not go back.

I have never left Chipotle hungry. However I do leave every time with a different looking bowl no matter that I order the same thing haha. Oh well, because it tastes great every time! Also! I learned recently than you can ask for double or the salsa and cheese if you want. GAME CHANGER! I am always forking around for more corn salsa in my bites!

Our bowls were nothing liked they show and tv or in the store. They were extremely skimpy on how much meat. Very skimpy on how much they put on on of everything. Not friendly at all. Never said Thank you. First and last time. Very expensive to be so

Chipotle raised their prices but the service needs improvement. Chipotle management help your employees and get them up to standards my tacos last time looked horrible there's no meat?? And today missing food. This is my last time at the Oak Grove location.

I have never seen a Chipotle employee try harder to give as little food as possible, and the steak tasted unlike any steak at other Chipotles (not in a good way). We figured out at home that they forgot to pack our chips in the to-go bag after we were charged for it. Last but not least, something I ate from Chipotle immediately made me sick... Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience.

The guy refused to add more meat to my burrito bowl and claimed it was the normal amount unless I pay double. I just left and went somewhere else. I come here for good meat, not $0.50 cents worth of white rice and beans.

I went to chipotle today and it is an understatement to say that I had a less than ideal experience. I walked into the store ready for some food and there was this employee who was clearly having a bad day. I asked for a bowl and he instantly replied with an offensive statement. He said that I had to show him my butt in order to get some food. As a petite woman, this was frightening to say the least. Luckily my husband was right next to me when I was ordering. My husband asked him what the hell he was doing and the employee came around and tried to square up with my husband. We scurried out of the store and we have been hiding in the car for an hour now because he followed us out and tried to break into the car. I do not know who this is or what was wrong with this guy but this cannot be happening!

Trash portions all of a sudden. Half scoops of everything. 1st serving of rice right off the bat barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Asked for a little more ended up being a thin layer covering the rest. All the other ingredients same with the portions. Been going there for years. Not anymore. Should've stayed with authentic Mexican food to begin with. That part is my fault.
