Twice in one week they managed to send a meat burrito to a vegetarian. This is the only place this has ever happened to me and twice this week,I am not feeling wellave not eaten meat in 20yrs, avoid especially if you are vegetarian,vegan or have allergies,this place could kill you.Vegetarian options: They will send you meat.

I didn't realize chipotle is now serving kid size portions for regular meals lol. Legit want to know if this is an ongoing game with chipotle..the employee that gives the least amount of portion gets a raise?

I came in in the last 15 minutes and they were kind enough to take my bigger order and gave me chips on the house ! They were swift and understanding!

Worst customer service ever . While the girl was helping me she was worried about what another employee was doing and then charged me for guacamole while not charging other people in my party . I asked why and the cashier told me ohh it's cause she just didn't mark it first of all this is not 3 dollars worth of anything plus on top of that these bowls leave with an appetite so u need to but more food cause they Hartley wanna give you what you are paying for . The restaurant is dirty and nasty on top of all that

I ordered a burrito online and they got it wrong. They added two ingredients that I did not order into the burrito. Now I have a burrito that I cannot eat and several more hours before my next break. ?

Let me start by saying I would not purchase anything at Chipotle if it weren't for my kids. They like a burrito as a treat. Unfortunately most Chipotles suck now, this one included! Parking is bad but that's just the area. My server scooped tons of rice, hardly any meat and then drowned both burritos in salsa juice. The sour cream was basically empty and she dumped the last watery bit on the burritos. At least she scooped the guac well. They were rolled loosely and didn't hold up well at all. They were also out of drink caddies so I had to carry 2 drinks and a large bag 2 blocks. Fun times lol

I come here very often and Will is always on top of his work, very efficient, very polite and always has a smile on his face. I appreciate his hard work and I can say it doesn't got unnoticed. I will continue to stop by this location regularly to enjoy my chipotle and say what's up to my guy Will!

Great service from the staff tonight! Nathan, Isay and the manager kept the place really clean! Even though there was nobody at the time, staff was sweeping the floor and wiping the tables down. Great job closing team! Date of visit 8/1/23 8:35pm

Bad attitudes from the young boys working today around 6:45pm July 12. I was asked how I was doing and when I asked back the boy said “tired.” Not a very positive way to start the interaction and it just got worse from there. I asked nicely for a little bit more rice on my burrito and the guy just went way overboard. It was very spiteful. He could barely even close my burrito, there was so much rice in it. If you gave people a substantial portion the first time then they won’t have to ask for more. Cut the attitude, we pay good money to eat here and deserve to be treated with respect. No wonder the place was empty.

We are ordering three plates and one burrito. We ask get some fresh lettuce when we saw the lettuce are all turn to brown or black at the cut off edge.The lady was serving us said, that it all, no more. When we try to told to the manager in the store, she said she is the one.When we going home to eat, one one plate has a little poor lettuce, the other two plates and the burrito all no lettuces.Usually not too bad at other stores. But this one are very bad service, typically the manager had very bad attitudes. I don’t know how she got the manager position. Look like Chipotle never trained they are employees before get to work.I don’t know Chipotle will be change something or contact me to improve they are service and employees training. Hopefully this going to help.End up, will stop eat Chipotle, specially this location. Unless something changes.

I ordered a STEAK Bowl with XTRA Steak, and I never got ANY steak, not the first time they messed up and order on this location. Unfortunately it was a DoorDash order so I couldn't choose what store they pick it up from.
