If I could give him -10 stars I would do it, they are racist, asking for my membership inside, while I was shopping and while paying, what shit, if I didn't have a membership I wouldn't be there, disrespectful the treatment just because Im Mexican

The only good thing about this Costco is the gas price and everything else is pure ghetto. Customer service is non existent. I won't be coming back.

The reason for this negative review is not the Costco itself but the people who go here that drive extremely aggressive in the parking lot and have the most disrespectful and rude behavior of any Costco I've ever been too. Concord is becoming more and more ghetto which means you will have people in lifted trucks aggressively tailgating you and swerving around you to snag a parking spot. For that, my safety and life is not worth visiting this Costco and I would recommend San Ramon or another location if you value safety and the quality of members

This review is for my experience w/ the T-mobile vendor! I was greeted by a couple T-mobile representatives during my Costco visit. It was perfect timing for me because I was looking into starting a new plan. Angelina had some good deals for me. She compared the prices for a couple of the phones I was interested in and so glad she helped me get the best deals possible without breaking the bank. I couldn't turn down a great deal and top notch customer service. Her manager Jeff was awesome as well. He helped me pick out the color phone since I couldn't decide. He was very friendly and made my T-Mobile experience fun. He even kept my hubby & step-son entertained while waiting for me complete the purchase. If you're looking into signing up with T-mobile...I highly recommend going into Costco and stopping by the T-mobile booth. The best part was no waiting in long lines or signing in just to get helped by a representative. Thanks again Angelina & Jeff with helping me with my new service and the awesome customer service.

Always love Costco you can find a lot of good deals. Good prices and nice items you can find there.

Just got pulled aside from the self checkout line cuz they started checking membership cards now? Entered with my sisters member card because she's sick with covid at home and needed help getting groceries. Rushed over on my lunch break to do so just to get told to I can't make any purchases. FUCK y'all!

Not sure why this places has lower scores. These guys are fairly organized and have a lot of samples and selection. Here are some of the key aspects to costco I found. Wandering the aisles at Concord Costco is like embarking on a treasure hunt. You never know what you might stumble upon - a giant inflatable unicorn pool float, a 50-pound bag of organic quinoa, or a pack of gourmet chocolates you've never heard of. The selection is vast and ever-changing, making it a haven for bargain hunters and culinary adventurers alike. The Kirkland Signature brand, in particular, is a star performer, offering quality products at significantly lower prices than name brands. The bulk buying aspect of Costco can be both a blessing and a curse. It's fantastic for stocking up on essentials like paper towels and detergent, but be wary of impulse purchases. A 5-pound bag of anything might seem like a good idea at the time, but it'll be staring you down from your pantry for months. The key is to plan your trip and stick to your list, or you might end up with more frozen pizzas than you can handle. If you do like to buy things that will last long, i would recommend a chest freezer. The Costco food court is a legend in its own right. From the legendary hot dog and soda combo to the giant slices of pizza, it's a delicious and affordable pit stop after your shopping marathon. However, be prepared for lines, especially during peak hours. Pro tip: order ahead of time while you get your groceries and they can just use that for the receipt. The Costco gas station is another highlight. It consistently offers some of the lowest gas prices in the area, making it a magnet for drivers looking to save a few bucks. However, be prepared for a wait, especially on weekends. The gas pumps are popular, and lines can snake around the building. Tire shop: Takes awhile to get service, but they'll call you if a spot opens up. Also the tire guarantees and easy to use air pump station is a plus. Overall, Costco Concord is a 4-star shopping experience. It's a treasure trove of deals, a food court wonderland, and a gas station haven. However, prepare for the warehouse chaos, the bulk-buying temptations, and the potential for long lines. If you're willing to brave the crowds and navigate the quirks, you'll be rewarded with amazing deals and a unique shopping experience. Bonus Tip: Download the Costco app before your visit. It allows you to create a shopping list, check product availability, and even clip digital coupons. Happy shopping!

Went to the store to purchase an eligible FSA item and went to optical department to checkout butvwas ignored for awhile by the staff and did not get any help until prompting for one. Acknowledging customers would be greatly appreciated.

A large Costco here in Concord. Well organized with ample stock and variety of foods, produce, baked goods, furniture, clothing and so much more. Samples are provided by friendly workers. Sales abound after the New Year. This Costco was crowded in the late afternoon. There is a food court with the usual Costco food options. This Costco still sold churros. No chocolate chip cookies yet. Restrooms are in need of clean up here. Self serve lines move pretty fast. Value is determined by you! I spied many items I liked but did not need.

I never post anything like this but shout out to the Hispanic lady working the front door racial profiling me due to me being a black man. By the way she has black hair and dark eyebrows. She asked me to show my Costco membership prior to entering the store as she let other people walk right on by. Correct me if I'm wrong but you can't check out without having your card scanned. I work in customer service healthcare to be exact so I hear how unfair you're treated all the time. Some black people don't work during the week you know smh. The date is 01/02/24. Time I entered the store was at 1030.

No lines but maybe also b/c right after X'mas? Your standard Costco and I didnt' see anything out of the ordinary.

Lowest prices but poor customer service and you have to wait forever for them to finish. If to you time is money then it is not worth it to use them. Also if you try to use their warranty repair then again you may be waiting all week for what most tire shops will do in less than an hour.

Costco, Concord - Waited in line forever to take back two returns. I normally bring my receipts because I do not trust them. This time I did not have my receipts. Both items were purchased in December and returned the items in December. First I was told by their woman employee that I did not buy the two containers of eggnog from them. I told the woman that I had. She looked and looked on her register and could not find them. She finally called the manager to help. The manager found the eggnog on the register showing that I had purchased it. In the meantime, the woman employee had credited the other item, the Bathroom tissue, that she said that she had found that I had purchased it. They gave me a total credit of $31.66 on my credit card. I had a strange feeling about the transaction. When I got home, I pulled my receipts for these items. They shorted me $7.80 on my credit. They are not to be trusted. They have employees that are not rained properly!

Tried to go to this location but tbh I was left unimpressed. I will say their prices like for avocados were cheaper than the Danville or Livermore locations however in terms of variety of stuff in general if felt very lacking.

COSTCO Santa Rosa, CA- SARA - An Asian looking girl at the returns desk. Very Unpleasant and Rude. I tried to return a vacuum purchased on my Citi Bank Costco card, I had my receipt and transaction was from 2 weeks ago. The lady upfront wanted the actual citi bank credit card in order to credit it. I told her I left that card in my house as I only carry few important cards with me but it did have my original Costco membership card which is the same number. she refused to do it. SARA an Asian looking girl started arguing back and forth. I told her one of the reasons I got costco credit card so you can easily do the transactions like this as all my information is in your system. then told her if she can't refund to the same card internally then she can pay me cash like they always do so i don't have to drive to my house just to get the Citi Card Costco . She said Costco never pays anyone cash for refunds and is fraud. ????? I Told her just about everyone in the store at one point received a cash refund whether they bought it on the credit card or paid cash. She started to over rule me saying Costco never paid anyone cash ever in refunds situations. At that moment I realized this person is being unfair. So i drove home got the card and returned the product to the same girl. Very unpleasant situation. I have shopped at Costco since the old days never had any issues with returns. Costco should fire employees whom come up with their on rules that causes uncomfortable embarrassing moment. This is COSTCO Santa Rosa, Ca - SARA at the return desk.
