When when we walked in Friday Evening 6 pm the cashier did not even speak English. The price of a bacon cheeseburger is now well above$12I asked if the burger was made with steak, the cashier just stared at me and went to the back to speak to someone, returned and just sat there and stared at me.I again asked if the price included the cheese and is the Burger made from steak. I then realized he didn't understand a single word I said.We heard employees laughing in the back room..We walked out to go to our car, when I looked back I saw a bunch of employees come out of the back room and sit on the boxes of peanuts in front of the of the cashier.Playing jokes on customers with a non- English speaking person is poor practice. And all employees should be fired.

Burger sloppy. Watched worker pick her nose while working behind counter. I will never go back. Ordered two cheese burgers and an order of fries. I payed 29. Dollars. Didn't think about it until later when my burger turned out to be doubled. Communication issue with employees working

I go here basically once a week with my son, and it's usually pretty empty in the restaurant, I think because the orders are mostly to go and food delivery service orders(i.e. doordash.) Because the food is always good. I love that you can put as many toppings as you want for the same price. Also the staff is very friendly and the service is pretty quick. The milkshakes are delicious. Side note: Do NOT come here if you have peanut allergies. They use peanut oil, and they have huge boxes of peanuts to eat while you wait for your food.Parking: Always lots of spaces that are visible from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have index cards and crayons for kids to color on and then a bullletin boars to post the art on.

I recently visited five guys in overall experience was quite positive deserving a solid four stars.Five guys consistently delivers when it comes to their burgers their patties were juicy while cooked in packed with flavor the customizable topping allow you to build your dream bigger.The fresh cut fries are a standout plus extra portions of fries are always welcome to treatIn conclusion if you're in the mood for delicious no frills burger and don't mind paying extra for quality if I got your excellent choice it's not without its minor drawbacks but the fantastic taste and efficient service make it deserving a four stars.
