We had Chicken Tikka Kabobs and Butter Chicken, with Garlic Naan and fresh chai. The dishes are delicious. We ordered extra spicy- it was a bit mild for our palates, but it was still very delicious. Savory and succulent. Both chicken dishes were fantastic. The Garlic Naan bread was very well seasoned and baked fresh, it came hot and crispy from the grill. The rice was fresh and fluffy, and included with our chicken dishes. The chai was piping hot and had an excellent flavor. I took it unsweetened, but they offer high quality turbinado sugar so you can sweeten it to taste. The restaurant is sparkling clean and very nice. The presentation of the dishes is elegant and appetizing.Previously we had takeout kabobs from here, and that was also excellent, but even better when it's so fresh from the kitchen.I love this place and am looking forward to coming back.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options available.Dietary restrictions: -Gluten free.-Vegan.The main menu has symbols to show which dishes are gluten free or vegan. Plenty of both are available, in addition to meats and breads. They may have other accommodations available, those are the two I noticed.

12/17/22 I had driven by this place a lot and always wondered what the food would taste like. So on Saturday I decided to place an order for take out. I ordered the chicken momo, chicken tikka masala, and veg briyani. The chicken momo was similar to the XLB (Xiaolongbao). The sauces that were provided were interesting. The red color tasted like tomato based with some spice and the white one was similar to a tahini sauce. I think I would order this dish again. The briyani was similar in taste to the red sauce. I did order this mild as the reviews said that anything else would be way too spicy. Not bad, but there was a taste that I couldn't place. The chicken tikka tasted like the red sauce that was with the momo and some chicken meat. I don't know if I would order the chicken tikka myself. I also order this in mild. I think I would go back and try their samosas.

Food was really yummy, first time here. Only downside was it was freezing inside.

Overall very good experience trying Himalayan Curry House for the first time! For the Momo's (steamed dumplings) - I often find the vegetarian ones more tasty then the meat dumplings, and it is the same this time. We ordered the combo (half chicken filling and half vegetables), and we enjoyed the vege now more. Additional dishes ordered: Plain Naan (good and fresh), Chicken Curry (very good) and Lamb Curry (also very good). Everything tasted fresh with great use and mixture of spices. Interior is clean and tidy, with friendly service. Overall very good experience.

Honestly this place has the best Indian food ever, I enjoyed every bite of it and the garlic naan bread delish...

I really liked this place. We wanted some Indian food, but the prospect of a sort of fusion of Nepalese, Chinese, and Indian food sounded pretty enticing. We started with the Chicken Momos, which are pretty interesting dumplings. It is definitely a different mix of spices than I expect from Chinese dumplings. They were fantastic. We then got the Chicken Tikka Masala, the Palak Paneer, the Lamb Biriyani and the Tandoori Roti (plus complimentary rice). We ordered everything mild. The Chicken Tikka Masala was really interesting - not overly loaded with yogurt, but more of a thickened gravy sauce that was pretty addicting. The paneer was very nice, with the cubes of cheese still very much intact. The lamb biriyani had a lot of tender lamb chunkcs and a tiny bit of spice here and there. Sunday night and we were the only ones seated in the restaurant. This place looks to be pretty popular with to-go orders, including GrubHub, Doordash, and more. The to-go orders can delay things a bit in the kitchen, but the food is worth it. We'll be back to try more things.

For hole in wall looking place it's very expensive for for little bit of food you get. It's hard to find this place and looks like they closed from outside. I sat in my car and ordered it. Two stars is for the chef and rest is for management stop being cheap get a open sign and stop being stingy.

Classic vindaloo, tikka masala and palak paneer. They were all velvety and delicious. Rosemary naan was beautifully chewy and flavorful. I also got the dessert which I can't remember the name of and I usually don't do dessert, but they were delicious little orbs of sweetness in a syrup. My kids wolfed down their bowls of curry (which if you've met a lot of 5/7 year olds you know is a miracle.) Next time I will order my personal selection to be a little spicier. That being said, my family, who are not about that spicy life didn't complain at all.

Amazing food!!! The Shrimp Korma is velvety perfection. The Samosa Chaat is crispy and tangy. The Garlic Naan-warm, chewy and bubbly. The Chicken Tikka Masala is a creamy wonderland. Onto the MoMo's!!!! Who doesn't love a MoMo, amirite? I've had both the veggie and the chicken and prefer the chicken. Chef's kiss! The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is very nice. Highly recommend!

I was sad when Bombay Indian Restaurant closed in Walnut Creek. And after trying a handful of similar restaurants, nothing came close. Now I did this place and I am very happy again. All the dishes are really good and the service is top notch. This is the only place to go for amazing Indian food.

Super yummy, great portion size, great service! Unfortunately don't have any photos because we cleaned our plate!! Masala Dosa- we asked for Hot and it was perfect. Nicely spiced filling, crispy dosa Veggie Pakora- it's a little oily but nonetheless super crispy, fried to perfection I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!!

We did take out wanted to taste their food. We ordered goat curry, fish pakora and chicken masala. They have good food but small serving for the price. We will still comeback but will be more picky on what to order. We would recommend them if you like Indian food in the Concord neighborhood.
