1:56pm I arrived and was greeted by a cashier, then man who claimed to the be the manager interrupted the cashier and told me that they were closed!!!!Unprofessional and you don't deserve our business. Me, nor my family, nor ANYONE ON CLAYTON ROAD.MCDONALD'S has a buy one get one free. Sounds pretty good.

My roommate and I decided we wanted Jack in the Box a few nights ago for dinner. He went to pick everything up for the two of us and a guest. When he got back we discovered that the curly fries were missing from my meal. I ate my chicken sandwich and then tried 4 times to call the number on the receipt, as well as look the number up online. Both were the same number and that number is a fax machine. I kept getting the fax noise when I called. So I got in my car and drove the 2 or 3 minutes to the restaurant. I got to the drive-thru at approximately 1:35 a.m. Their website says they are open until 2 a.m. They were closed. I asked them why they would close before what their website says and he said maintenance. I then asked why they included a phone number on their receipt for a phone that no one could call them on. It's a fax. He actually said they do not have a phone there. Which I know is complete and total BS because how do their employees call in sick or call to check their schedules? I explained to him that now I was going to have to call corporation because this is the 2nd time I have been shorted food, I couldn't reach them by phone, and they closed before 2 a.m. This Jack in the Box used to provide good service but in the last year or so it has really gone downhill. I would give them zero stars if I could. The young man who I guess was a manager, was very polite and apologetic but when they are charging $12 with tax for a burger, fries, and soda apologies just aren't enough. Especially when it happens more than once. They need to stay open and do their maintenance after hours and make sure their phone is working. And, stop shorting people's orders. Their food is not good enough to pay those prices and then not even get the entire order!

I ordered a burger. Cheese burger with Swiss in this version. Lettuce, tomato, ketchup. What I was given was a lettuce burger. Over 50% lettuce by volume. Slice of cheese was perhaps a millimeter thick and fit inside the diameter of the patty. Teeny tiny could not even taste it What. A. Scam. Never again. Screw over your customers and you lose them. Avoid this place. Some jack in box are good. This one isn't. I guess they just don't care about having customers. Last place I went that was like this was out of business in a month. Let's see what happens.
