Gave us burger with no tomatoes and no cheese. Later corrected it with cheese but no tomatoes!! Can't believe it's 3pm and they are out of tomatoes- it seems like they missed to add and then started lying that tomatoes are out of stock. I had to argue to get two burgers made with cheese and finally theyre-made it (2star) not a pleasant experience.

1) Prices & taxes are much higher (Concord) than down the freeway in Pittsburg (Railroad or Loveland exits, 3-4 exits East on I-4).2) Supposed to be 24-hours, but I have tried to order there too many times between 1 & 3 am. only to find they're closed, so I don't trust them to be open.3) Never had a problem with the food & service was mediocre, but if you're heading East on 4, I highly recommend the Jack-in-the-Box off Loveland for food quality, customer service, and price.

What can I say "Jack-in-the-box" is well jack in the box, and exactly what you expect... No strange and foreign new menus, no all I f a sudden mini "bacon whopper with cheese" got shrunk to the small "Hamburger size" but maintains a high price... No sir, You may not exactly have it your way, but then again "The box" isn't like "The other guys"... They may add something new, but they don't rearrange the menu so that you don't know what the hell to order, no sir jack in the box is still good ole jack in the box, famulare, recognisable, and editable... Try the tacos, you may like them better than that "Taco Hell" place that tries to compete...

We ordered a number 24 and a number 11 With a milkshake and 4 tacos, the order was not not correct.The manager made the mistake by not typing in the meal instead of the. Actual order and mess the order up and tryed to charge us extra for the hash Browns and orange juice. !Which came with our meal ,We just didn't have the energy to argue so we just left because the manager was going to remake our food in a un trustworthy Fashion And also they were very rude....
