Nice staff, semi fast service, always pleasant, clean and inviting. Oh and my white gummies are always made correct.

The best smoothies! My go to is the apples and greens or the white gummi. Service is always fast as well!

I know there's nothing more annoying than a customer ten minutes before closing when you've got the place cleaned and you're ready to walk out the door at 9:01. I used to work in food service too. I know how it goes. But if you're gonna lock up early, the sign and the website should say your real hours. Because from this customer's point of view it was a 20 minutes to closing and we made a special trip because "there's totally time." Being open when you say you're going to be open is just one of the fundamentals of customer service.

Omg. I get into the store, and after ordering I went to grab my wallet to pay. Only I forgot my wallet at the office. The cashier says "no problem" and pulled cash out of his own pocket, paying for my smoothie. I am beyond touched

Me and my son visited Jamba Juice at 5442 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Concord CA. We were inside 4 minutes before closing at 8pm. No other clients... The person at the counter (Jay, manager) said "we are closed".
