My husband stopped by to pick up smoothies for us, which he ordered through the app. Not sure what went wrong but the smoothies were the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. They tasted like someone either poured a massive quantity of salt or soap into the mix. Honestly, the taste is hard to describe and I couldn't go in for a second sip in order to figure out the exact taste because it was that bad. I'm generally not one to complain, but this is obviously the type of thing that should be brought to a manager's attention.

Phone number is wrong. If you call the 714 number you get the San Ramon Jamba. I thought I was ordering my drink in advance and got here but they had to inform me that I didn't order from them. Staff who took my order where super friendly and I got my drink super fast even though they had to make it last minute.

I give them 2 stars because the cashier and employees were great, but the cold brew coffee was awful! It's my fault for even ordering this at a smoothie/juice place but I thought Jamba Juice will atleast make a decent coffee. It was so bitter, it tasted like it was from low quality coffee beans. Save your money, go to Starbucks, Peetes, Dunkin. Heck, go to a boba tea place or a mom and pop donut shop and get coffee there, they'll serve you cheaper better brewed coffee. It was a waste of $6+. Jamba Juice, stick to smoothies and juices, do not, I repeat, do not serve coffee again!

Ask them about their fundraiser Jamba juice cards! Worth the buy! Buy any large drink get the second one free! Good up to six uses! I use this often when taking friends & family out for a treat????. If you like to save $$ then this is up your alley. Anywho tons of free parking & very clean inside in the waiting area. Quite shopping center but great stores in the area.

This jamba is in a large shopping center. It's right on a corner so very convenient. The guy got my order wrong with charging for an extra drink. The drinks were good but it is a little expensive

I went to this location at 5:10pm yesterday, on a Saturday and they locked the door! It says they are open until 6:00pm. People were in there and the workers saw me but flat out engorged me. When people came out, a worker came out and said that they are closing early.. Not a good look Jamba!

It’s fine, normal Jamba Juice except that they don’t know how to answer their phone and their app is always either missing products or sizes.This means if you want to order ahead of time for pickup to save yourself the 5:00-10:00 minute wait… you can’t.
