First, most of the workers here are rude and weird. Specifically, the girl who stared at me like she fought me in high school or something. I politely stated I wanted the Turkey Tom. Destiny blandly asked if I wanted everything on it? & I’m used to other locations informing me of what everything( John’s way) is (she didn’t), so I said no and said “ I want Tomato, mayo, mustard, and provolone cheese.” She said so you want lettuce, etc etc. I said no lettuce and asked for my receipt. “ you’ll get it with your sandwich.” Ok. I wait and overhear her and her coworkers saying something about “people that order turkey toms….” Get my sandwich and of course it’s wrong, lettuce and no cheese, because their attitudes overshadow simple listening skills and kindness. It’s not that hard

Good service up front and sandwich was ready quickly, but the bread was tasteless, ingredients were skimpy, and the mayo and dressing were practically non-existent. I asked for extra dressing to try and give it some flavor, but it really didn't help. Very disappointing. We'll keep going to Sourdough & Company or Sweet Affair Bakery where the quality is always good...

The sandwich was good! But the service was terrible! Not professional at all.I love to eat sandwiches with ketchup and mustard! So I asked the cashier if they had, and she said: "Maybe you can find in the Mona's Burgers!"I never thought that one day I would listen to something like this from a restaurant that you spent $26 dollars in sandwiches and be asked to go to another restaurant to take ketchup and mustard...When will the manager of this place give attention to all those reviews complaining about this bad service? Maybe when turn 1 start on Google Maps.... it's sad because the place is nice, the food is good... I ended up taking my sandwich home and using my own ketchup and mustard! Thank you for your cashier who could be professional and educated and say, "No, we don't have"

The service from the two employees working was horrible. They were clearly irritated by our business and made us feel uncomfortable the entire time inside.

I was having a difficult time trying to place an order since that the music was too loud. I could't understand what the cashier was saying to me and I felt rushed to put my order in even though there was only 1 other customer present who had already ordered. When my sandwich was ready it was tossed in the counter without being called.. so I asked if it was my order. I asked for my cup and they told me it's at the register as if I worked there. I thought I was paying for a service? Order was still made incorrect and I ended up finding a hair in my sandwich after 2nd bite. I ended up throwing it away. A waste of $16. I will make sure to let everyone know not to waste their time or money at this establishment.DISAPPOINTED!!!

My new favorite sandwich shop. I wish there was a location in Cordelia Fairfield, Ca.

Went there this evening (10-6-2023). They refused to sell me a little john. No explanation given. Then I asked for just mayo. As they were heaping on the veggies we reminded them that we just wanted mayo and they got super huffy. We took our sandwiches to go.

Recently visited this location and felt very uncomfortable by the way an employee was talking. She cussed and used derogatory words very loud at other employee where all the costumers could hear the conversation. Very tacky.

It's jimmy johns. The food is predictable and delicious. However this locations service is horrible and slooooooow. There were people standing around on their cell phones...so the person who took the order made the sandwich and took forever. It's going to be a sad world if this is the work ethic of the future. Truly disappointed.

We came to Jimmy John's today for a late lunch. The menu is too busy and hard to focus not only your mind but your eyes as it is way too high and at a ridiculous slant. One has to tilt their head all the way back to read. The music was loud which only made the staff super loud to where the cashier barely heard me. She was nice though. I wish I wasn't so rushed to order the extras because the sandwiches really need them or they are extremely bland. I asked for oil and vinegar. I should have looked at the receipt as it just said add sauce and of course there was no oil and vinegar nor "sauce" on my #10. We ordered the meal deal #12 and #10. Yes, super quick but just bland. The bread was hard and un enjoyable the meat too, just super blah. Thank goodness the chips were packed with flavor. Had to go back up to the counter for mustard packs as I forgot they only add that as an extra. It barely helped. If I wasn't so rushed I would have added pickles and peppers etc. Yeah, I know they only have provolone but it seems processed and just a weird texture. Also, from prior experience the avocado is merely an avocado type dip and not a fresh avocado, no thanks. Now the staff was EXTREMELY more loud by the time we sat down. It honestly sounded like they were playing hockey in the kitchen. Unbelievable amount of slamming things around and every clank and crash echoed throughout the place. Seriously almost 10 minutes of slamming things around. I have worked in many kitchens with younger staff but these were the most ridiculous people ever. The music got louder then they even got more loud. Honestly, the lobby should never have to hear the staff acting up like that. Good for them getting along with each other but if you're at work, do your work and have a quiet convo with coworkers to make your shift more enjoyable but take the silliness and party attitude to your own after hours time, the customers really want no part of it. I had less than half my sandwich packed it up and left. The noise was too much to stand. Also, one worker was on break when we came in and she was sitting sideways with her shoes on the seat. That's a bit gross. Over $27 for one of the worst experiences dining out. No thank you, it was insulting as a customer to have that many issues go bad. I didn't want my leftovers but didn't want to waste. So I made a superior sandwich from my own bread and condiments, pickles, onions etc and used the roast beef and cheese and tossed the rest. I absolutely would not recommend this location nor establishment. The only redeeming part of our experience was the chips having so much flavor and we could have gotten BBQ chips just about anywhere.

I can say this place hasn't changed, subs are still on point and tasty. Portion size may be a little smaller and price have gone up, but that's about everywhere you go now. The service is quick. Check them out if want to try something a lil different then the norm.

I should come here more often as I work, not too far away. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and the team seems very helpful when trying to make choices. My sandwiches have always been delicious, especially the Italian and also the tuna. The restaurant always looks organized and clean and it is in a wonderful little shopping center area.
