We ordered delivery from this location. This is the worse Jollibee we've had since we've been here. Please cook your chicken thoroughly and make sure your potatoes are actually done.

Horrible service. I placed an online order, the confirmation said it would be ready by 8:05pm. When I arrive, they tell me the order isn't ready. 20 more minutes pass and they still haven't began preparing the order. So I ask for a refund and they tell me it's going to take 7 days to process. Horrible, horrible service.

I've had fried chicken at every restaurant in and around concord, Jollibee is hands down the best. You may have to wait sometimes . But it's always real good chicken. I used to drive to valajo and go to churches, but that went way down hill. I'll stick with jollibee

Took us long time to get our order! We just order 2 piece chicken joy and spicy chicken sandwich and it took us 35 minutes just to get our order! The service was so horrible and they're super slow just to do your order! One person only do expediting for the food.

I've ordered here before and didn't have any issues so I was a bit disappointed during my last visit.I placed an order online through their business website and selected 1:30pm as my pick-up time. I got there around 1:35pm thinking it was going to be ready, but I was told that they were still working on my order. While I waited there I noticed a sign that said that they were out of spicy chicken. You would think if they didn't have spicy chicken that you wouldn't be able to order it online, but I was able to, so imagine my disappointment when I saw that sign. On top of that, they didn't even tell me that they didnt have spicy chicken and assume I would be okay with it. Since I drove 30 mins just to go there, I still wanted the chicken. I waited about 10 mins to get my order while I saw walk-ins who probably ordered after my online order got theirs first. Not very efficient or good business if you don't take care of online orders first.I ordered 3 pieces of chickenjoy with a side of fries, a cheesy yum burger, aloha burger, deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, and a couple of peach mango pies. Interestingly enough, my wife's deluxe spicy chicken sandwich semed to have spice seasonings, but it wasn't as spicy as usual. I started eating my aloha burger and was about to dig into my fries, but realized that they didn't give it to me. Funny part is I saw a customer go to the counter to tell a worker that they forgot to give him his order of fries. Who knew it was foreshadowing for what was going to happen to me. At least the food was good per usual.Anyway, this isn't going to dissuade me from getting Jollibee here, but just disappointed that they still didn't have spicy chicken and forgot my fries. Smh
as a Filipina i might be biased but Jollibee can never do no wrong (except when they run out of spicy chickenjoy) my fave is the palabok, the orange shrimp & pork based sauce is delicious you need to try it and thank me later

Love the spicy chicken. Service is not bad, just slow. Usually a line to make an order and then a decent wait for it. Nothing beats the adobo rice with the spicy chicken. Love the Ube and jackfruit pies.
