If there was the ability to put zero stars I would have. I love kinders I've eaten at kinders for years and this was the absolute worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time. I Ordered a large order for my work of over $200 I specifically asked if they could label everything which they said they would. On bringing the food back noticed that some items were labeled but more than half were not. I had to order through an app called chow something which did not allow you to leave a tip. When I mentioned that they said you could just leave the tip when you get here. But when I got there they said you'd have to leave the tip in cash because the orders already been closed out. It was paid for by my company so that wasn't an option. On my personal sandwich I ordered a roast beef and cheddar with nothing on it except barbecue sauce little to my knowledge at the time when I went to eat it it was covered with mayonnaise pickles tomatoes and lettuce and no barbecue sauce. I scraped everything off added my barbecue sauce begun to eat it when I noticed a hair in it and had to throw it away. As I was on the phone with them I can hear other workers in the background using bad language and talking smack about different customers. I also did not get a receipt. I called and they said we were busy right now can we take your number and call you back later. I said sure. 3 hours went by and nothing. So I called back and after waiting on the phone for 10 minutes was told there's no manager here at the time can you call back later. The one thing I will tell you is I will never visit this kinder's location again. My company spends a lot of money on food and we use kinders quite a bit but it will not be your location ever again.

Had lunch today at this Kinder's got the three way ,and fries. Ball tip salty couldn't taste the beef at all. Chicken salty also had chunk of salt on the skin couldn't eat. Fries just as salty as the meat even had salt at the bottom of the cup they serv their fries in. Hot link good.The worst Kinder's I ever had. If you go be careful on what you order. Wouldn't even give the food 1 star.

Ordered the two meat combo, ribs and brisket. The brisket had been there for a while, came out dry and hard. Evan helped me out, I explained my concern and he immediately fixed it. Simply great service!

It's Kinder's it's good, convenient location right off the highway. I get the Classic Ball Tip or the California Chicken Club, it's always good. I wish they made it easier to order sides on app though, you can get them with a meal (but you have to get two different ones from a list) and sometimes I just want a pint of Mac and Cheese but I hate asking them to add it to my order when I go in to pick up and they're super busy. (Which it's Kinder's, they usually are)

Service here is deli style where they take your order and then you pay for it when its ready. This location is friendly and inviting with plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Here's what we got on the table: Tequila lime ribs half rack with brown sugar tater tots (5/5) - fall off the bone ribs and the bbq sauce compliment the flavor, tater tots were given their own special orange sauce which is sooo good! Ball tip sandwich (5/5) - the tender meat compliments the the soft bread and the bbq sauce that come with it. Best location by far.

I never write reviews but here my FIRST REVIEW GO SOON I WALK IN VERY COMFORTABLE PLACE THE YOUNG LADY WORKING WAS VERY RUDE DIDNT GIVE ME TIME LOOK MY ORDER AND THEN I ASK IS EVERYBODY HERE MEAN BECAUSE WHOEVER TOOK MY ORDER ON PHONE WAS VERY RUDE AND RUSH ME I WOULD NEVER WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE BUT THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME COMING AND NOBODY Acknowledge me or anything made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome just because they have inventory does not mean to take your frustrations out on customers that is very wrong they need to know how to work in a work place and respect customers this make people not even want to come back honestly and they messed up on my order I’m very frustrated to drive 1hour in rain and for them to treat me like that
