Service here is deli style where they take your order and then you pay for it when its ready. This location is friendly and inviting with plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Here's what we got on the table: Tequila lime ribs half rack with brown sugar tater tots (5/5) - fall off the bone ribs and the bbq sauce compliment the flavor, tater tots were given their own special orange sauce which is sooo good! Ball tip sandwich (5/5) - the tender meat compliments the the soft bread and the bbq sauce that come with it. Best location by far.

The grilled chicken is very good but the sauce needs help. I know the sauce is popular but personally I think it could be better. I love the service I get at pretty much any Kinder's I go to. The place is always clean and there is usually seating outside with a heater for cold days I guess.

Worst bbq I've ever had (worse than Dickey. We have had an off again on again with this restaurant. This was the final straw. I got the three meat plate. The ball tip was an entire fat cap. The hot link an embarrassing burnt mess. I threw the whole meal away. The tattooed young lady did a horrible job. I know it just fast food, and I don't' expect a pit master to be running the show. But a little common sense and some training would help out tremendously. This was amateur hour. I never do bad reviews; this was just that bad!!!!!!

These sandwiches don't travel well (ask for mayo on the side then put it on when you get to where you'll eat the thing) and the bread was a soggy mess after 30 minutes drive time. Also, the cuts of meat were too big for a sandwich and you'll have to fight to keep the meat in place. Overall I'd give them a C-. I might give it a higher score if I sit down inside next time. Next time I'll just get a brisket.

Avoid this location at all costs. If you want better, service and food go anywhere but here. The last three times I have visited the store I have called in my order ahead of time. They've lost my order and don't know what I'm talking about when I get in there. I've never had this problem with any of the other locations, I'm not sure what's going on but to save yourself the hassle don't even go here. I'm not sure what's going on but management definitely needs to make some changes. It's a very awkward situation when you get in there and they can't find your order, and then you still have to sit there for 15 minutes while they cook it. I have erased this number from my phone and I will never return to the store ever again. And if you want to get a Kinders go to the Martinez location they have never disappoints. The food is decent but it's definitely not worth the hassle. Not sure how they have four stars because I'm sure I'm not the only one that has dealt with their bad customer service. #badservice #donotgo

I used to be a loyal customer of this place since 2001, but unfortunately, the quality of their food has declined. During my recent visit, I found the meat to be cold, the ribs to be dry, and the ball tip to be undercooked and fatty. It seems like the temperature of the meat warmer by the cash register needs to be checked. This was my second visit in the last 30 days, and I was disappointed to find that the previous experience was not a one-off incident. Additionally, the prices were high, and they no longer provide wet wipes. Another customer next to me was also dissatisfied with the serving size of their protein bowl, which could be due to inflation. However, the service was fast, and the owner was present. Bring back the Kinders I love and I'll change my review!

The food was good but be prepared to wait to be helped and I mean for a while. I've been to the location a few times and every time I end up having to wait a long time before being helped I'm not one to normally complain but when you walk in and there is no one else in line and you have to wait 10/15 mins just to be acknowledged there is an issue
