I drove 30 minutes to this place. I paid for my order and returned home to drive another 30 minutes. When I returned home I noticed my order was wrong and I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the Manager. I told her my order was wrong and that I lived too far to return. She took my name and phone number and told me whenever I came back all I needed to do was give my name and they would replace my order.Well that didn't happen. The Manager told me today she could get fired and she asked if I had my receipt. She didn't even offer me a glass of water. I most definitely will never go back to this place. $60 dollars of my hard earned money down the drain.

Let's get serious, if you gave this establishment more than 1 STAR for food, your taste buds are dead. Portion size is so small, it's ridiculous. The steak was as thin as a half dollar at best. Try Back 40 in Pleasant Hill if you want real bbq. Do not patronize this dump!!! Lol they sent me the standard follow up email on my experience guess they didn't really read my review...TOTAL B.S OF A BUSINESS.

I always enjoy my visits to Lucille's. The staff is really great! I'm VERY picky about meat, and they have never disappointed me. I like the brisket (both kinds). The place is comfortable and interesting to look at all the wall art.Vegetarian options: Not the place for vegetarians, even the salads all involve meat! If you want some Mac and cheese or other side dishes like fried green tomatoes, they are very good, just no real entree options. I'd love to see them add something like bbq jackfruit to the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: While the approach to the restaurant is not wheelchair/walker friendly (stairs) once you're on the level it's not too bad to get in, and the staff has no problem getting you situated.

Soul food without the soul.BF and I went on a Fri around 6:30. The place was a ghost town. That should have been red flag number 1. I ordered their new hot honey chicken sandwich and BF ordered catfish. My sandwich came sitting in a literal pool of hot honey. So much so that the bun was complete soggy. BF’s catfish was mushy and gritty. Took a while to get service even though there was fewer than 10 people in the whole restaurant. Service wasn’t memorable and I didn’t feel like the server took any pride in their service, about the food, or about us as patrons.Pros, was sat quickly and food came out fastCons, food was sub par. Took a while to get our order placed. Apathetic restaurant staff.

The food has declined considerably. It was horrible! Our ribs were burnt and weren't meaty at all. The chicken and tri-tip were the best meats served. The sides were bland. Even the salad dressing was tasteless. The drinks were okay. The atmosphere is boring. It wasn't the birthday celebration we anticipated. Our whole party was disappointed.

I’m only validating two stars because of the sweetheart bartender that was finally able to retrieve my order for me, and the nice experiences I had here previously.I waited at least 35 minutes for a DoorDash pick up order. There was no one in the host area for over 20 minutes. There was a poor busser that looked like he wanted to help me but he wasn’t sure how to go about it or didn’t feel like he was able to speak to a customer.Food is not warm at all. He got fried shrimp and catfish. As a serv safe certified professional myself, y’all should be ashamed.Thankfully, I got a salad but guess I’ll have to heat his up in the air fryer.Regardless, very unsatisfied with my pick up order from Lucille’s this evening.

I got St Louis Rib lunch special with garlic mashed potatoes. It was delicious!! The biscuits with apple butter were incredible! I was surprised by how full I was after. It was well worth the trip and I would have expected to pay more!!

Really good food but the service was lacking. We waiting for a few before the hostess came out from the kitchen. It took well over 45 minutes to get our food. The place wasn't busy so I only cam assume they were short staffed.
We were excited to visit the Concord location for our sons birthday since we enjoyed eating at the Rocklin location before. Sadly, we were disappointed. The rolls were dry and room temp, the mac n cheese wasn't warm and the food overall was just okay. This paled in comparison to our visit to the Rocklin location.

On the 4th of July we had a late lunch reservation and it was delicious. We had so much food that we had leftovers for dinner. The BBQ meat was divine.Also the house made strawberry lemonade was a real thirst quencher.

Within the first interaction of my waiter he stepped on my food...service was okay otherwise..but their product (food)has been shrunk in size. At the premium they charge for a burger definitely not worth the cost.
