service was meh, kinda grumpy.... Open 30 minutes later than posted time. got an order of pork xia long bao..... id rather have gotten trader joes frozen xia long bao. Cant speak for the rest of menu, just the xia long bao was disappointing. Would give another chance though!!

Small portion for to-go. We ordered 4 dishes for 2 people and we are barely full. Some dishes tasted good but some were off. Will give it a try one more time for dine in and see if we will change the rating.

This place is a hidden gem tucked in the long plaza. Surprisingly they serve delicious dim sum for being a small restaurant. The combo fried rice was very good and the walnut shrimp was super crispy! Then to top that off with the seafood pan fry noodles!!! Ahh man it is heaven in Concord CA! Yummy yum yum ?

Fast hot savory authentic. Look around and clientele who love eating here reflects the cuisine . Highly recommend 1) cilantro chili stir fry beef over bean sprouts 2) fish sauce egg plant stir fry 3) stir fry rice cake with pork and greens Cilantro beef was slightly on the greasy salty side so be sure to let the waiter know ahead of time if you want less salt and grease

A "Nice hole in the wall" type of place. I never noticed this restaurant and I have passed by and gone to that plaza so many times. I'm glad my cousin suggested the place for his birthday lunch with us. It has a simple arrangement, but the food is amazing!!! Service is good as well. You have to try the place. It will be one of your regular areas for sure. It's located in the corner next to Quickly's and Goodwill Store.

My babes took Bambina and I to Dim Sum after the Waterpark #LulusKitchen #Eastbayloop. Great experience, Deliciousness all the way . Crazy how we entertained another before finding Lulus. They even took good care of me with my celiac disease giving suggestions on what I can eat and what I should Avoid. So grateful we Loved Lulu's Kitchen. We cant wait to visit again

From the outside might not look like something attractive. This type of the restaurant probably only will attract people who has tolerant to spicy food. What we have order is good and is the best in Concord that I have tasted so far. However, compare to other similar type of restaurants in SF, probably got some room for improvement. For example, the preparation of ingredients can be better, it is clear each slice of meat is not consistent. Staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. Environment is average. I would visit again for sure.
Mikey likes! Asked about specific dishes. Wanted Kung Pao Chicken, less sweet and more spicy-and they delivered. Also had hot and sour soup, which was fine (good flavor, dark style vs. many renditions) and fried green beans (a little spicy, good).

We were looking for good chinese food and came by here. The food was good. The orange chicken was good, but it tasted more like sweet and sour chicken. The broccoli beef was ok, I was expecting it to be a little better. We did enjoy the combo pan fried noodles, hot and sour soup and salt and pepper fish. Very delicious! The staff are very nice and attentive.

Good authentic chinese food at a fair price. Waiter and waitresses were very nice even though my son had destroyed a glass cup…. Food was not quite as good as the one Dublin, but still nice.
