Amazing food and I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Very empty around 7pm but very welcoming and they were so happy to have us. All of the food was delicious and there was so much of it! The teriyaki chicken was tender and tempura was cooked perfect. I would definitely recommend to dine in!

Always great service and love the food. Staff were friendly. Love that we found this place to grab dinner. Got the soft shell crab and vegetable tempura as our appetizer. And got the 2 rolls. The food was fresh and fulfilling. Definitely recommend this place.

Everybody in there waited very long for there food. You could see the frustration and irritation from there faces. Food was ok. We eat out a lot and we love sushi. I wanted to give this place a try. It will be my last.

Very small and warm place to eat at. It isn't usually too busy maybe as it is in a very corner of a small shopping center but I love the sushi here.Its usually where we meet with friends when we don't want to run into other people!

Delicious. California roll was fresh and light, Mama roll was tasty with a little spicy heat, the Fantasy roll with fried garlic was unique and subtle. Great price for good sushi.

Very friendly service. Has a small, but great atmosphere. You mark the quantity of items off of a mom and dad menu, that are at your table, with a pen. Food is very presentable. There are pictures of the items on the walls around you.
Horrible food. Tast like old noodles and over fried tempura!! Waste of money !! Waited 30 mins and for the good to be trash. Then if you try to tell them they look at you like your wrong. Horrible service ,Horrible food.

We were looking for sushi near home (Clayton) and my 9 year old found Mama Sushi on Google. Pictures looked great, so we decided to head over: It was incredible!!Inside there isn't a ton of seating, but it looks like they do a lot of to go orders. Not a problem, we dined in anyways! The sushi menu was extensive and we ended up with the Golden Gate, Spider Roll, Fantasy Roll, Futomaki, veggie roll, avocado, and avocado cucumber. Everything was delicious, the Golden Gate might by my new favorite, the Fantasy Roll was so light and fresh...the whole garlic clove on top was not something I've had before but it was tasty and the albacore was melt in your mouth. Hubs loves spider rolls and gave it two thumbs up. We enjoyed looking at the food pics on the wall, it just made us more hungry and eager to try more on the next visit!
