The fact that I ask for cook to order is so that my food is made fresh ! Nope ! "NEVER" for McDonald's- to throw fries and chicken nuggets to BE refried and try to give out your old food!! I paid for I REQUESTED-cook to order because I dislike wasting each other's time you guys are getting 20 an hour for you not to do your job correctly -ITS HORRIBLE!! AS IF!!

I understand it's the night shift. No one really wants to deal with orders at midnight. But cmon atleast have the decency to get the order right. I got home to see a completely different burger than I asked without my sauce. Not to mention it looked like the manager was the one who handed me the food.

The service is bad, many times they don't pay attention to you and you have to wait for someone who is in a good mood to serve you. I recommend you use the machines and make your own order and avoid problems with the workers.

I was there was one other car in the drive-thru and the lobby was closed. Food in drive-thru is always a low quality product and often warm not hot and fresh. I rarely go for this reason. No pride in the delivery of what McDonald's reputation is known for QSC (Quality, Service and Cleanliness).
