Recently, I placed an order for delivery of one pastrami sandwich, one bag of chips and one soda. When the driver came to my business, he delivered one sandwich, which was a turkey sandwich. I called the store up as the driver indicated that was all that they gave them, And the store manager stated that they couldn't deliver the actual order and that I would either have to get a credit or the charges removed from my credit card. I decided to drive down to the store myself after already paying a tip to the Uber driver and they made my sandwich right away correctly. There was never an apology or refund on the tip that I gave or anything. This is not the way you take care of the people that pay you. I can't imagine using the store on Broadway in Concord again.

The sandwich was just Soso. I had wheat bread which was a little old and it seemed like they had wrapped it up and then smashed it see the pictures. I’m disappointed that they use an 8 inch roll and then they sell you a small, which is a 4 inch sandwich. Thankfully I ordered the potato salad which was enough to fill me up for the dinner. I should’ve gone to the Italian deli down the street live and learn. I’ll try another location to see if the sandwiches anyI forgot to mention the cookie, the cookie was spot on. I don’t know if they come with every sandwich but thank you.

The food is real good here the sandwiches are nice fresh nice Hardy sizes, quiet spot, sit down and eat a sandwich. There's no line. have some cool names on their sandwiches.

$19 for a (full size) small sandwich that had 0 flavor. Blandest thing ever. Pricey, barely any toppings in it, and no sauce. The meat was flavorless. The service was quick. The ambiance was normal. Nothing special. Wouldn't recommend. Just go to subway. Just go to Ikes or Subway.

Christian is the best! Just got one of my favorite sandwiches here and had an amazing experience with him. I had what I'm sure was an annoying amount of questions but he made it feel like it was no problem and answered kindly. Great sandwhich and great service, definitely will be back!

I specifically asked the person to put my cheese next to tbe bread. Of course she failed to do so. She put it in the middle of my sandwich and that is nasty. So I had to dismantle my sandwich and change the cheese!!
I used to love this place, but this last time we were there our food was ordered for 1pm and we didn't get it till almost 1:30pm and the got our order wrong. If they were busy, sure I get it but they weren't even that busy at that time and didn't say anything about why it was late or how long it would be, plus they've raised their prices by almost $5 a sandwich.

This has become a go to lunch spot for me. I've been several times over the past few months and I have never had an order be wrong or late. I always order online and it's almost always ready when I get there. Once or twice they apologized for being behind but they still got the order out on time. Staff has always been friendly and attentive.
