Servers do not listen and often get orders wrong. It is a mass of confusion behind the counter. That's because they have to move so quickly. Also, entree portions are small. You are given plenty of rice and chow mein, but they have no flavor.

This is for the one lady that works there. Don’t know her name but she is horrible! Rude and disrespectful. This one lady that is in there has bad customer service. Wow, will never ever eat there again.

Rude lady employee at the cash register. Ordered from their Panda website. Gave my name several times and she said there is no order with this name, I clearly saw the package with my name on it there and she refused to take the order number, (I need name only) after waiting for 10 minutes she gave me the same package…

Today we went to eat at Panda express, when we were choosing food, my daughter asked to give her a ball next to the food, immediately behind this woman began to say, put the ball in its place; I asked my daughter to give it back to me, because I didn't know that these red plastic balloons were very expensive for such a large company.Of course, I asked my daughter to give the ball back, she refused and was capricious, I said give it five minutes, she's only two years old, she doesn't understand what needs to be put in right now, or you can ask her yourself; because when I ask my daughter criesAnd when my daughter was already crying because of this balloon, I couldn't stand it and said, "What's wrong with you? It's just a ball, it's a child, why don't you let us sit down and eat in peace," she immediately started yelling and told us, "Shut UP! Get out!" And she repeated this 3-4 timesI was shocked when a cafe employee started telling customers to "Shut up and get out" just because my child liked their red balloon., if this girl cares so much about these balls, why did you put them here in front of the food stand? Maybe we should hide it at her house? maybe then she will stop yelling and kicking out a decent young family with a child who were very hungry after workAnd the another star of the evening is the security guard of this area, who, after listening to his colleague, simply kicked us out of the cafe when we were sitting and eating, that is, in the processHe wasn't even interested in what happened, he just kicked us out like some kind of criminals, we just left with plates of food and the children, I was very depressed that neither I nor the child even ate properlyso think before going to this place, because there is a very angry employee who yells and curses at visitors

Worst customer service ever!!! I started ordering, Jennifer was taking the order she interrupted me, ask me not to point the food and they didn't have a name tag on the entrees, I told her that she had an attitude but she told me she doesn't have any attitude at all and said that I was more than welcome to walk away and eat somewhere else. Which I did but before submitted a complaint trough panda express portal, seriously I am reading a lot of comments complaining about the same woman(Jennifer), how are you supposed to improve if you keep having the same employees and giving them management positions, a manager is supposed to be an example if you have a bad manager don't expect the rest of the team to do better, definitely never coming back, DISAPPOINTED!!!

Jennifer the manager was so rude. Overcharged kids and didn't provide a receipt. When I went in for refund shestarted yelling at me.
