This place has changed my life for the better. I love their food and the premium family sandwich meal with cookies is my go to (and the best value for your money.) Also an amazing bakery menu!! Clean and quite convenient. 5 stars. They get the DJ Bentley approval all day baby. #Panera4

panra bread is a great place for family and all. i get max and cheese for children and they all love it. but one thing is the pastries are sometimes staled and old sadly

I think that one of the biggest issue in this place is that the cashier is always running every were and you have to stand in line for more then 10 min to order
Wonderful staff that is welcoming and friendly. Food is good. The place is very clean, but cafeteria-like.Parking: Shopping centerKid-friendliness: Cafeteria style so kids can be noisy, and no big deal if they spill. No play area though.

ordered Green Godess Chicken salad - almost 100% purple endive type lettuce now, no romaine... very very little chicken, cut way back on the avocado, baquette was at least a day old, probably two... employees that obviously don't want to be there as they're on their phones chit chatting, now hip hop music? on the plus side the self serve drink was ok. I used to be an almost daily customer - but with the raised prices and food & service like this will I go back? Never ....can I rate less than one star?

Psychological abuse, the managers manipulated, abused, and fired me afte the time sheets so I had only 4 hours a month while everyone else got regular work. They got away with it too and Panera covers it up. Wouldn’t be suprised if this garbage corporation takes this review down.

I've tried to give this Panera a shot so many times over the last few years and they always come up short. Often dirty, order is usually wrong, and bad service. They serve breakfast until 11. Today I try to order a breakfast sandwich at 10 a.m. and they are out of the bagel I wanted. So I pick another one. Sold out. I proceeded to 7 other bagel types and they are out! Each time I go there it's something like this.

The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. They need a new manager that has more than three brain cells. Every single time I come here, they kick me out SECONDS after I finish my food. Specifically, one entitled employee whom is clearly just constantly looking for reasons to kick people out. Today was the last straw for me, as I, one of the only three customers, was sitting outside drinking my tea. I was about halfway done when she came outside and spoke to me as if I am a child, telling me to get out. Displeased and disappointed, I looked around only to see that every single table was depressingly empty. She then stood and stared at me uncomfortably as I packed up and left. Safe to say I'm never going here again and I not only don't recommend, but in fact discourage you from coming here unless you like to be treated disrespectfully by entitled employees.

Wow..literally stood in line for over 5mins to get my kids and I food. Didn't have my card, but had cash. Staff saw that I was there in line and passed me MULTIPLE TIMES, yet NO ONE took our order! Just customer service has gone down hill! Never have I EVER waited that long or been passed up to be helped! And trust me..I work customer service, so I know things need to be done in a timely manner. Yet customers shouldn't go as unnoticed! Just soo bad lately?

It was a really bad experience. Firstly, the plates of the food were grimy and the smell of the place was horrible. In addition, when I ask the staff, they don’t care at all such disrespectful. I don’t advise anyone to dine in this place .
