Decent sandwich place but nothing spectacular or remarkable about them. Bread was ok, meat had decent flavor, but definitely missing the wow factor. I would compare it to the deli sandwiches at Safeway. Not worth the 20 minute wait on a Saturday for us.

This is a small deli, so be aware of that if you were coming at a busy time. I came at 1 o'clock on a Saturday and it was pretty full with no one wearing masks. I was taking it back that the staff was not wearing masks either while they preferred food. The food itself tasted fine although the service took a while before they could get to me. I would use it if I were close again, but I would likely drive to Walnut Creek to go to Genova instead.

My daughter and I came here today for lunch to go. It was our first visit and the customer service was excellent and friendly. We brought our sandwiches home and they are amazing. Super fresh and huge (lunch and dinner) definitely a great new find

Cannot say enough good things about Parma. My boyfriend and I went here on a whim- I had the turkey sandwich on sliced sourdough. My boyfriend had the pastrami on Dutch crunch. The meat was so fresh, hot, incredibly tender, and perfectly sliced. I am drooling thinking about it. We also got a package of their Italian cookies, and wow, they were delicious! Also the service was amazing- big time family feel. Overall, amazing spot.

My lettuce wrap looks nothing like the photo in their photos section. There's a lady with a huge half head looking of lettuce who ordered the lettuce wrap. My lettuce was wilted and not very fresh. We also ordered another meat sandwich with Dutch crunch bread and the bread was strange. So crunch to it and mushy. Given the price point (pretty pricey) I would expect a better product.

Still the best Sandwiches hands down. I had the Roast Beef on Rye with Swiss cheese. The sandwich was huge and very tasty. The biggest and best Sandwiches in the Concord area!

It makes sense why everyone comes here! The sandwiches here are FREAKING HUGE and super fulfilling as hell. I always get recommendations from my coworkers to check out all these places and it has taken me a while to finally come here and try it out. It's a classic deli and giving off East Coast family Italian vibes. They definitely have their usual customers because it's so cute seeing their regulars. You can very much tell this place has been around for quite some time and they all still come here. It does tend to get super busy in here, so be mindful of the space in there and also be patient. I had the sliced chicken sandwich with all their regular toppings and a side of potato salad. They are VERY generous with the chicken! Everything about this sandwich screams CHILDHOOD picnics as well as the potato salad. The potato salad is the perfect consistency, like the kind you would want at a BBQ. If you know what I mean, then you'll love their potato salad. I came here a second time and that's all I eat my sandwich with. I have yet to try their hot foods or panini, but everyone at work loves them so my next round here I for sure will be grabbing some. The owner did state that she makes their hot turkey ONLY on Monday's and Friday's, so that is my next return - LOL!

The real deal! Authentic italian deli and great sandwiches. Sadly very few of these on the West Coast and I was delighted to find this one.
