Honestly my coworker comes to work every morning talking about how she is treated at this particular Pete’s. She is a long time customer who buys iced coffee there every morning and they treat her like she is burden for asking for an extra cup of ice. I hear this every morning and it’s soooooo sad because my coworker is the sweetest most lovely person I have ever met. Not cool. Really disappointing that this is still happening to my dearest coworker and friend.

I stopped by to buy water my for my tea that I purchased at home. The clerk insisted on changing me for tea even though I had brought my own. It's too bad. I intended on giving them a nice tip but due to this, I went to Starbucks down the street instead. They did not charge me the water and so they actually earned their tip.

I thought they were more flexible when beans did not work out. ? I purchased Garuda beans, but the coffee when ground & brewed made me sick. I paid with a gftcard, cash & knew time I was in. I was left holding the bag when I was told a manager could help me, then left me hanging. So sad. Only regulars treated with respect.Parking: Busy in area and specifically 9a.m.

"Hit or Miss." Got a Med latte this morning and it wasn't filled up like before for what I paid $. Yesterday was fine but NOT today. Peet's is Good but it's Hit or Miss with how much coffee you'll receive in a cup. I don't say much but getting the right amount of coffee should be fair for everybody. If it continues I'll go elsewhere. This is Not the 2nd or 3rd time but multiple

I walked inside and asked for a water cup. I was told that I couldn’t have water unless I made a purchase. I find that very disappointing and inhumane that this store refuses to give something as mundane as tap water do better as a store.
I must say, Peet's consistently brews the best coffee, and this location is no exception. However, there's one aspect that perplexes me: the lack of attention to cleanliness. During my visit, I couldn't help but notice a neighboring table with a spilled coffee that remained unattended for the entire hour I was there. Additionally, the interior had a rather intense aroma, which, I'm not sure what caused it, but it seemed as if no one from the staff took notice. Despite these concerns, the coffee quality remains outstanding. It's just that the atmosphere at this particular location leaves room for improvement.

Crikey...why does it take 20-30 minutes to get a single coffee from here? I've noticed this is a trending comment in recent reviews and can confirm I'm now standing here waiting for a mobile order that was placed over 25 minutes ago and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Another time I was 15 minutes early for work so stopped in here for a quick coffee. Went to the counter that time since the app wasn't working - there was only one person in line so should've been quick. Nope. Ended up taking 30+ minutes for a mocha. The coffee here is slightly better than the Starbucks around the corner - I'm not sure if the wait is worth the marginally better product. Note to management: train more people on barista duties. Having two people hover over an empty register is not helping the user experience.

Take off a star because they have intentionally removed access to power outlets. I get it, they don't want camping but sometimes you actually need a quick charge. Baristas are friendly.

This peets coffee has the worst service I have ever had. Rude and disrespectful . I would give negative stars if I could.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. I would big my kid there or anyone I know.

No sense of urgency from the workers. My drink was the wrong size 2 days in a row. My drinks are always covered in coffee down the side of the cup and on the lid. Would not recommend this location
