They are very attentive! The portion sizes come in small, medium, and large, which is thoughtful because I can't finish a medium or large portion! This would lead to wastage and inconvenience with packing! There weren't many staff members, so I had to wait a bit before seeing someone, but the staff were warm and friendly! The taste is also quite good! I would recommend it!

Good food, Really good.But the lady serving/ taking orders/ cooking could be nicer, but looks like she is doing everything there and this is why she has short nerves. Understaffed place that makes you feel on the edge and not comfortable.

Got #13 phó and Omggg it was so good! There were lot of meats and veggies on pho. The soup was amazing and it also had fried onion in it.Plus, The ladies here are super sweet and nice ?♥️! Love it, def gonna come back

Service was quick and the pho is flavorful. This place is tucked inside a shopping center. The only down side is that the portion was really small. I orders a large and only got like 2-3 bites of noodles, soup was plentiful though.

Best spicy bun Bo hue in the Bay Area. It's not on the menu, you have to ask for it. Get it with rice noodles.
Our favorite Pho spot in Concord! Food is always great and service is always quick and top notch. Veggies always look fresh. Bun Bo Hue is a must (a tad spicy), otherwise cannot go wrong with any of their beef pho or rice plates.

The Seafood City mall, where this restaurant is, is freezing the its customers. Coupled with slow service I lost my appetite from the cold before the order arrived 30 minutes later. All the customers sitting in the food court outside the restaurant had their outer jacket on. The food is 3.5 star though.
