Very cute place with reasonable price. The large is under $6 and the jumbo (bucket) is under $8. We ordered Jasmine milk tea with grass jelly 25% sweetness 4/5 Lychee tea 75% sweet 4/5 Strawberry yogurt with boba 4/5 The cup is a sturdy plastic cup. Which we appreciate since we can reuse them at home. They also have yogurt bowls in the menu. The lady who was serving us was so sweet and patient.

Cute little shop with an adorable water fountain on the counter. They had the walls decorated nicely and there was even a tent set up in the corner and I noticed little lanterns in a few spots, too. It did look slightly cramped though, tbh. The people there are very nice. I was contemplating which milk tea I wanted and asked for suggestions. I also changed my mind 2 or 3 times but the person helping me got the order right. I ended up ordering a vanilla milk tea. The price was good. The tea itself was alright. Sweet, with not too much ice. Just a heads up, you don't get to choose your sweetness level like some other places. It wasn't necessary though. I don't really care for boba so I just had it plain. I did like the drink. However it seemed to have a bit of an aftertaste, imo.

New boba alert! Jk, it took over Quickly's old spot but still technically new! Lovely spot! Cute decorations inside. Drink was delicious however I only tasted their yogurt drinks and not their actual tea.

I love their yogurt drinks with boba. Boba is always fresh. Service is always great. The older, bad reviews are for the previous business - Quickly. Hello, Sweet! is 5/5 stars!

I used to live in San jose for four years. I'm super picky with my boba. I will be more critical compared to most residents in concord. Service: service is good. When the customer flow is down, they will clean up. Tea: the drinks are more than 6 dollars without tapioca or toppings which is overpriced for me. I've had both the milk teas and fruit teas. I think there is more syrup for my personal taste. Ambiance: super cute cafe with lounge chairs and a tent for children to play in or take a quick instagram photo. Once again, I'm very picky with my boba. I'm glad that quickly got changed to something better. Overall, it's a nice place for desert after visiting one of the resturants in the plaza.

Ok was a little confused because when driving by it says Quickly on the big sign but when we walked in, it was actually Hello Sweet. Clean, bright and cute decor with a little play tent for kids and some tables and chairs. Staff members were very nice and helpful andespecially when we weren't sure what level sweetness to get. Jumbo grapefruit and lemon tea: yum, recommend getting 70% sweet Jumbo almond milk tea tea: also yum, has that natural slightly gritty texture if you like that, 70% sweet was good. The little stamp card was super cute! Will try to visit again.

Great new spot! The staff are friendly and the drinks are solid. Can't wait to try out more of the menu.

Saw a new boba spot pop up on Yelp, so I just had to go try it out. Hello Sweet is a cute spot, with their adorable mascot/character and neat decor inside. They have a snacks/food menu, a yogurt bowl menu, and drinks menu. A few drinks stood out, such as tiger milk tea (milk tea + Thai milk tea), dragon milk tea (Thai milk tea + jasmine milk tea), and potted plant drink (if this is similar to other places, then some kind of Oreo/cookies n creme topping that gives it a look of a potted plant). We tried our classics to get a feel of this spot, but I'm definitely coming back to try their dragon milk tea since I haven't had a jasmine tea thai tea combo before. Ordering the drinks was fine. We got a strawberry milk tea with pearls, boba milk tea with lychee jelly, taro milk tea with pearls, and a honeydew green tea with pearls, but ended up with an almond milk tea. We asked if they used nondairy creamer for the honeydew milk tea, but I'm unsure if the person helped us out understood so we asked if there was nondairy alternatives and she said almond milk, so we got that with the honeydew milk tea. We were prob charged with a honey milk tea with almond or an almond milk tea since the drink def wasn't honeydew and tasted a lot like almond milk tea. That was fine for us since we couldn't decide between honeydew and almond anyways, so that choice was made for us to some extent. There were some inefficiencies during this soft opening as the place to pick up drinks was the same place that we ordered them, so it was overcrowded. Hopefully this gets fixed with a designated ordering and separate designated pick up area. The drinks were good. My daughter enjoyed her strawberry milk tea as it had strawberry bits. My son enjoyed his regular milk tea with pearls and lychee jelly. The husband enjoyed his almond milk tea. I tried a bit of them all and thought they were pretty good too. I liked my taro milk tea, but wished there was more ice in there. I guess the ice all melted or something since the drink wasn't cold enough for me and I didn't see ice in there, but all good. The colored straws they gave us were a bit short for the cups. They only had size large and jumbo for the drink sizes too. How fun! They also gave us one black straw and my son got that one, and it was a good length straw for the standard large cups.

My kids and I enjoyed their Okinawa milk tea boba. Perfect balance of milk and sweetness! The boba was also cooked nicely. The have a limited number of seating and was fortunate to score a table in their mini tent. Would love to try out other flavors and provide an updated review.

This place is awesome! The only milk tea I will buy. My kids love the slushes too. The food is good and their pricing is good too. It's a gem in the shopping center.Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here. They beg for mini cheese burgers and the slushes. Their friend's love it too.

This place used to be a quickly but is rebranded as Hello Sweet. I usually get one of the yogurt drinks and it's a very interesting flavor, I'm a fan of it. It's not something I have seen at other boba places in the area either.
