There were two kids and they were super friendly. Drinks and snacks were awesome. Would come back.

Bad service kids taking orders bad altitude two kids 10 and 6-8 sitting there one is taking orders and one Is just watching a laptop laying on chairs the owner is very rude the food is like prison food always has some bug crawling around the owner has his kid do a lot of the work like take out the tables in the morning the tables are at least 30 lbs Clean them after taking them out and I heard the dad/owner smokes in the back just a bad place to go I don't recommend at all and then I also heard someone ordered there and was during the boba they had just gotten from there had a big ass bug in it they were driving too and almost got in a car crash do not go here plz for your safety also gives food poisoning

Very bad service, owner was not very polite. The milk tea tasted very artificial and overly sweet. I don't think they use actual tea, the flavor tastes like syrups added to milk. Would not recommend. They wouldn't return my drink and so I had to throw them away. Share tea is much better and much higher quality.

Walked in and no greeting. A kid was in the front. I thought he was playing cashier but he actually took our order. Impressive though but why put a kid in the front? I asked for extra honey and he said we can't do that. You can't do it for the price? Does it cost extra or you just don't want to? A few minutes a drink is mysteriously made and brought out by the kid. It's not bad but not good. Some other reviews stated finding a roach in drinks so I'm a little hesitant to drink it. The whole time I didn't see an adult at all. Seems very shady considering we were the only customers there. The $0.50 credit card charge is not clearly posted either. It was posted far away from the credit card terminal.I'll just look at this $5 as a donation and cost for some humor

Me and my wife came here after a late night dinner and got some refreshments. The place was a bit closed off but service was good. We got a strawberry banana smoothie and milk tea. My drink taste like a starburst candy ! We wouldn't recommend the toppings / egg pudding because it's as fresh as expected. This is a pretty small shop but still good for a quick stop for refreshments and snacks.

Absolutely the worst service ever I came inside of the establishment not seeing the sign that said bathroom is for customers only and went to the restroom. As I was in the restroom there was a strong pounding on the door and when I came outside there was no sense of decency at all the owner actually grabbed my arm which got very red and he tore my construction vest. He could've simply articulated himself to me and I would have purchased a small drink but he hesitated and got physical with me instantly. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment with no explaining just solely very aggressive behavior. Not to mention he actually did this all in front of his 5 year old daughter.

05/14/22- stumble upon this open Quickly after Chuck e Cheese, searching for quick bites and of course, ice cold, snowy drinks. Was greeted by a young man named Brian at the front counter. He knows how to take orders precisely and no mistakes. It's just like a simple ipad play. This looks like a teamwork family business. Ordered oreo drinks, popcorn chicken, squid, lobster ball, waffe fries. Total was $50.95. Complete with sauces, fresh salad. Place is clean. Order was a bit of a wait. It's okay for as long as the food is hot n fresh. I did not encounter any wrong order as what most are saying. And rudeness of kids they say? I don't think so. He is very polite and exhibited a friendly customer service. I wish this location is more on a busy area, this is more in a hidden spot especially around 5pm when only one pizza chain and a Mexican restaurant are open. Feels so quiet during dark hours. Will definitely be back here to try more of their stuff. Great atmosphere. Great service! There will be a next time for sure.

Sister and I went to this quickly and we were taken aback by the child who was working there. Couldn't have been older than 7-8 years old. Child labor aside, they got our order wrong twice. We ordered two taro milk boba teas and they gave us rose teas with no bobas. When we told the kid that the order was wrong he simply said, "I heard rose" and didn't give us the correct order. Very disappointed.

The boba was warm there was live roaches and dead mosquitoes. Definitely never going back. I took my in-laws and it was too late to leave I had already paid and started drinking when we noticed.

ive been going here for almost 2 years and it’s a staple in me and my friends friendship. ive really enjoyed it, but ive picked it its unsanitary and last time I went there was bugs all over and i received cold food. compared to other boba places, ive realized the quality has decreased. the boy that takes orders is very sweet, and i honor the father for being the only worker. although, i think you should wipe the counters and maybe serve finished orders before taking them. i live nearby so ive always been going, although i think for now on im gonna drive and pick up my boba from other places
