Unfortunately it was a rather bland ramen experience. We got these to take away but the noodle were rather firm (even after putting the hot broth on top for a few minutes) and the broth itself was bland as well.

My advice to patrons: try to find a location with an actual Japanese cook. The food literally arrived to my table less than 2 min after I walked away from the ordering station. Rice and veggies were steaming hot, yet the meat was room temp and tasted like leftovers from two days ago. I told the counter clerk, and the order was remade - the difference was stark, but still lacking gusto. I will not likely eat at this location ever again. I already avoid eating out locally, and this is why - mediocre products and services are the standard.

This is our GOTO spot for mouth-watering Ramen. I prefer the Seafood Ramen, medium spicy. Wife likes the Tonkatsu Ramen, mild spicy Crab Rangoon is good as well. Easy on the wallet too, plus fast service. Enjoy!

Great food, huge portions. I got the chicken ramen, and the chicken had great flavor. Noodles were pretty bland, but the broth and other things made up for it.Crab rangoons were hearty and flavorful too.

Ordered their spicy ramen with everything in it with a few friends. Would recommend; nice and clean, broth was good and the pork was extremely tender. Will be back when I'm in the area!
Food was ok but service at this place sucks... they don't bring you water, and they don't have Togo boxes big enough to fit your leftover... smh ridiculous... and the girl that works there was very rude... don't think I'll be back...

Super clean, friendly service meets the giant broth pots featuring the thick and "al dente" ramen. Love the Tonkatsu ramen and appreciate that we could have the green onions removed and tofu added.Really enjoyed our meal and will be back. The parking out back for Todos Santos was super helpful.

Ramen 101 is our first take at Ramen in Concord. This place is a small hangout spot with good food, atmosphere and really nice staff. Pricing is slightly on the higher side for the place and ambiance we get to experience. Everything seems good but parking on a busy day would be a hard sell. However, there is a public parking lot near Todo Santos Plaza. Give it a try if you’re around.
