Came at the concord location about 5 minutes before 8pm on 04/04/24. Our family has been frequenting this location for as long as they've been open. We love this bakery! Cakes have always been a go-to for our family and most like likely, always will. Just a little disappointed in the service this evening by the staff on evening shift.. I didn't want any food or anything. Just wanted coffee for the commute home and didn't wanna have to stop by Starbucks. However, the lady who was busy cleaning mopping the floor denied me an order of coffee. Which they never have before. The lady working was very polite but said they stop serving coffee and hot foods and other menu items after 8 o'clock, and are only serving customers who want baked goods until closing at 8:30. So just be aware that if you want food hot items or coffee and drinks. To come an hour or more before closing, especially if you drive a good amount of time to get to this location. Is this the practice for all red ribbon locations now?

Check your dates before leaving store!! Placed a large pick up order along with another family member, arrived neither of the orders were ready, as the girl was digging through products to fill out order we received no apology for the order not being ready. We arrived home to see what all the digging was for, we were given stale dates for all but 1 out almost 40 items! Received items expire tomorrow or the next day and only 1 item was 5 days before expire. Tried to get help from online ordering was unsuccessful because it kept sending us to an error page. I am very disappointed in the treatment we received and the girl going out her way to pick the oldest date.

I walked in at 8:40 pm thinking it was still open because the closing hours sign says 9 pm But as soon as I got there the lady said they were already close! Bad customer service.

Came here at 8:45 PM last night aiming to buy a couple of items that just needed to be checked out. Associate at the counter stated they were closed despite website indicating otherwise (9 PM). Business needs to properly reflect correct closing time of 8:30 PM or whatever time they actually close, not the time employees use to close down the store.

This red ribbon has false advertisement. Trying to get arroz caldo with yema cake based on there pricing is 11.79 and when i was going to pay it says 15.79 . Cashier said its because it is only for mango cake for that price! So why post and advertise and say only for mango and no substitutions.

So nostalgic. I grew up Filipino-American and I can't cook Filipino food to save my life. So.....being able to grab some sweets and breads that remind me of my childhood is amazing. Especially since my parents live multiple hours drive away.I've always received fast and friendly service during my visits and have been very pleased with the quality of my order. If you want something specific, order ahead. Things can get cramped when they are busy.

When in the area and in the mood for halo-halo, this place will do..This location probably has the better service than other red ribbon bakeries I've been to. The pastries are pretty tasty. Especially when just craving for mamon or ensymada. The other flavors are good but I prefer the original. And their cakes are yummm. Most people love the mango, but I'm more of the mocha crunch kind of person. The halo-halo is okay. I just wished they weren't all pre-made. Or at least if wanting particular ingredients omitted can be provided. And at least look more appealing. Other than that, it was satisfying on a hot day.

My husband just bought a yummy cake for my birthday from Red Ribbon, Rocky Road sooo delicious! My in law's introduced me to this bakery, and it is my all-time favorite because everything they make is so fresh tasting, the service is always friendly, and the seating is comfortable. Red Ribbon is in the Seafood City Market, so busy but still a very nice setting. Definitely the best fresh cakes for any occasion.

Store opens at 9:00AM and not 8:00AM. Please update the time online that reflects the actual time that the stores open. A lot of room for improvement. Thanks!

Wifey had a rude unprofessional encounter trying to purchase an item last night. Store closes at 9 pm, wifey arrived at 0830pm but staff insisted store closed. I ended up going inside and reminding them it’s not 9 pm yet and I want to purchase after also telling me store is closed. Asked for supervisor who was just sitting and busy on his cellphone watching or playing something and did not even bother to attend customer. Supervisor name Renz Bangayan ( I insisted to get the full name). I have to pay cash coz cashier already closed. Kudos to Jollibee cashier to change my 50$ bill to accommodate Red ribbons accepting no larger than 20$ bill. hope this review reaches the corporation office to train store employees better customer service.

Disappointed in the ensaymada. I noticed it got a lot smaller. Pretty soon it will be the size of a cupcake.

I really hate to do this. But I used my hard earned money to buy this cake for my moms birthday and this is how it turned out. Maybe I just got a bad batch.... Or they just never practiced their fifo skills. I really like their cakes because it taste like home. I don't wanna punish them for this one time.

Visited the Red Ribbon Bakeshop in Concord to pick up some treats for the holidays. The walk up service is easy and convenient and the staff at the counter was friendly. We got a bag of the Ube Mamon and an Ube Flan. They were out of the Mango dessert, otherwise we would have gotten that too. Everything was really flavorful and delicious.

I came in to order some food at the request of my sister. I've never seen this place before. As I approached the cashier, I could see a girl sitting on the cutting board on the prep table talking with two employees. The prep table is right behind the cashier so there is a clear view . From a food safety standpoint, this is horrifying. I asked the employee if the cut food on that prep table and he turned around to say something to the girl. Then she got off the table. At that point, I walked away not ordering anything. I reported this to the health department. The managers and staff need training on food safety. I will never go there again.
