I was really heartbroken when I moved from SF to Concord because that meant not being able to buy food from my favorite Chinese restaurant. Shan Shan low restaurant was able to glued my heart back together again. The food here is extraordinary. Flavors are always on point. If you are looking for good quality food and good service please check them out!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Si están en busca de comida China con un gran sabor y calidad no duden en venir a Shan Shan restaurant. La comida aquí tiene un excelente sabor. Muy recomendando. :)

Mongolian beef was great let's crumbles are a little overpriced, but that's what you expect in the small business

Honestly bad customer service the owner did not want to seat us where it was more comfortable when we were a party of 8 they said they had a reservation and we've been coming here for years and they had never done that in the past. Very rude and unprofessional don't recommend this please unless you want to eat uncomfortably go ahead but not worth it. Poor service!

I decided to dine here for lunch. The dining room is spacious and easy to maneuver from table to table. I ordered the sweet and sour pork lunch special. It came with a soup and fried egg roll. It was a nice start. When my entree arrived, I was pleased to see that they serve it separately from the rice. It was a big portion and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant if you are shopping around the 99 Ranch Market area.

Best Chinese food in the east bay. I love the Hunan Beef and what appears to be real home made Hot and Sour soup. And the Waiters are very funny and attentive. Go Now. .

Great Barbeque Park fried rice AND Chow Fon! Just like east coast (NYC) Cantonese Chinese food I grew up on! Best I've had since moving out here. Now I'm on the quest for the thicker skin, deep fried east coast egg rolls like the ones pictured!

Ambiance - pretty classic and standard chinese restaurant. The inside of the restaurant looked clean and tidy. Service - not the friendliest service but that's expected from chinese restaurant establishments. Our actual takeout waiting time was much longer than we were told it would be over the phone, so that wasn't ideal. Food - in general they taste good but it was a bit pricey for the portion that gave us which wasn't too big/generous. It was $120 ish for a total of 7 dishes. Some of the standouts among what we ordered: - black pepper beef: beef was tender, black pepper flavor was very pronounced. It was probably my fave dish. Delish. - Mongolian beef: tasted good with the right level of spiciness. I loved how the dish wasn't too wet/saucy. - sliced beef with mushroom: good flavor but pretty standard, nothing to write home about. - veggie deluxe: tasty veggie stir fry in white sauce. Good variety of veggies in there. - veggie chow mein: delicious chow mein despite it not containing any meat. Yum. - garlic flavored eggplant: yummy. Eggplant was tender, the flavor was just the right combination of sweet and spicy. Delicious.

Suburban Chinese food that cut a lot of corners located in a rundown mall. It is on par with Panda Express.

My first time visiting. I came for lunch. They had a lovely selection of dishes, as well as wine and beer. I had green beans, my friend had cashew chicken. The dishes were served family style. Lunch came with soup and egg rolls. Everything was delicious. I'll be back to try some other dishes.Parking: Located next to Las Montañas Supermarket. There's always a crowd of people here.
