Employees aren't always happy it shows when they really don't want to be bothered by getting things that you order I got an employee that rolled her eyes cuz she didn't want to be bothered she obviously had other things on her mind.

All Starbucks food is the same, but the service and the employees are not. I have been to this particular Starbucks several times now. They always greet you and LOOK YOU IN THE EYE when doing so. When they take your order they always repeat it back so as not to make a mistake, and when you receive your order, they always give you a smile and tell you to have a nice day. I hate to say this but I think that the maturity of this particular store makes a difference. I have yet to encounter a teenager or early 20 something who just stares at you waiting for you to blurt out your order. This is a 5 star Starbucks for sure.

Store #8110, Concord. I'm normally a patronize the local guy kinda guy. I was in Concord on business and needed a jolt. Moment I walked in there was a ,oh about 4'10" woman, energy of Shaq, greeted me in a warm and friendly manner. Directed me to the counter where, despite being reasonablely busy, they processed me quickly and professionally. Order came about 2 min. & was correct. I've been to Starbucks coast to coast, this one should be a training facility, and yes I did email Corporate directly. Hope you guys are listening, 'cause store #8110 sure is.☕

Came in here today at 9:15 am. The red head should learn customer service (i think her name is angel) and be wary of her surroundings. When I got to the cashier no greeting and smile whatsoever. The second time I approached I simply asked "excuse me ma'am what's the code for the restroom" after I walked away I heard her complaining how many times she's been "ma'amed" today. She should be happy that people are being respectful to her despite of her bitchy attitude.

They gave me the cold drinks but forgot the egg bites and the hot drink. After waiting for a while I was met with a condescending attitude from the barista but they fixed my order pretty quick once I got a hold of the other barista.
